Great purchase process, lousy return process!
Walmart's return process is TERRIBLE! It suggests you print a QR code and take to the nearest FedEx office, and then has a link to tell you where they are. Over the past several days, we went to three of them, in three different towns. None of the listed locations would take the package and scan the code. With no shipping label, we couldn't ship the item back. I'm still trying to find a location that will handle this return!

    Came inside one day while wearing and felt a warm shock through my whole body. I immediatly had to set things down and take it off, which was even more terrifying because I had to tighten it to get the bracelet latches undone and thought it could possibly do more damage. A dime nickel size brusie and a small dot were left ontop of my wrist and I had anxiety the rest of the night. It was awesome keeping up with my heart rate but at the cost of being electrocuted I had to obtain a refund and develop a fear of smart watches. Sad purchase. ):

    Charging Issues
    I love Fitbit watches and the Fitbit app. This one works great, except for when it comes to charging. The charger does not clip onto the back like most other fitbits. Instead it has magnets that stick together. This makes for an unsteady connection and causes it to sometimes misalign. You'll think it's been charging for hours when it really hasn't. I always doubly check it's charging before walking away, and even then it seems to disconnect more often than not.

    I doing believe I got a brand new Fitbit. The box was open and barcode label torn and no instruction manual inside. The outside box was beat up and the back was dirty from fingerprints . It works but it's not new

    bought the 3 colors so i had 3 ajustment tools. Broke all 3 adjustment tools to size one for my wrist and didn't finish. To tight to push out and tool not strong enough to do the job.

    beautiful to wear
    it is an attractive watch not like a fit and can go to a dinner party and look gracious. it does what i need it to do except for excerise mode. I only walk and would love steps. otherwise its perfect.

    Good watch that does just what I need
    This replaced an Apple Watch that broke when the battery swelled and popped the face off. I use a smart watch primarily to count my steps, tell time, be reminded of what day/date it is, and get notified of messages. So I researched which smart watches were best at those things and found the Luxe was the best fit. The smaller face is more attractive tho a little harder to read—especially in the sunlight. Battery life is about the advertised 5 days—which is much better than the one day I was getting with my Apple Watch. Overall I'm satisfied with this

    Overall a good buy! I have had 3 Fitbits but none of them fit my skinny wrists well. This one fits great and lies more flush against my skin so I think I'll actually wear this one! It's pretty basic, no frills, nothing like an Apple Watch. But I just wanted a watch to show me the time and my steps without all the distracting phone notifications so this does the job! As others mentioned initial setup does take 20/30 minutes FYI.

    This Fitbit Luxe is a replacement for a 2 yr old Fitbit Luxe that stopped working. It is an excellent product. The 3 main functions I use are tracking my steps, heart rate and my sleep. You can do much more with it, track water drank, foods, exercise, menstrual health, weight and stress management. It is connected to my android smart phone. I am extremely satisfied with this Fitbit Luxe and highly recommend it.
