Just switched from Fitbit Inspire HR to Versa 2 and I LOVE it! Easy to setup, works great, packaged and sealed correctly.

Stop working after a few weeks
The watch worked well but after the battery died from working a long shift I went to charge it and it stayed froze on the logo screen and won't take a charge. I did multiple troubleshooting methods but nothing worked. I went to theWalmart app to start a return and they said it was past the 30-day return and won't be giving me a refund. So I'm really not pleased. Only had it for a few weeks.

    Would definitely recommend.
    I will start by saying I love this Fitbit. I had one that I wore on vacation but as soon as I wore it into the ocean it died. It says it's waterproof but apparently mine did not like the salt water. But I liked it so much I bought another one.

    I really like Fitbits. Have worn one for a few years. The only downside is when shopping and you're pushing the shopping cart. It doesn't count your steps.

    I'm very pleased with all the features, I will say the mist color is a bit lavendery than grey/silver, I love weather and Alexa features... do be aware Spotify and Pandora require premium accounts to use with this watch. it comes with 6 months Fitbit premium but after that some of the extra feature data will be held behind a paywall. otherwise there are many great looking bands on Amazon and a plethora of watch faces to match any outfit. I made sure to add a rubbery screen protector to mine just in case.

    Overall quality very poor
    I I used to love Fitbit and in the last 4 years I bought 3 of it's products. First one IONIC after 2 years the battery last only around 6 hours even after full charged and broken it's straps within 4 months. Second Versa 2 the watch came off it's screen after 18 months Third Fitbit Charge broke it's strap after 2 months. Very disappointing will never buy but I am not going to say to others it's up to you . Any I will add pictures with this just to make sure it's true.
