Bad product.
It worked for less than a week. Now all it does is beep. Does not work at all. Sad that I purchased this for my granddaughter.

    Misleading product info
    This is for a birthday present so it hasn't been used yet but immediately I see on the box a max speed of 6 to 9 mph when the product description says up to 10mph, which was why I went with this board. Box also states ride up to 8 to 9 hours, description says 10.

    No Good
    My daughter received this board and within a week it was beeping and creaking like it was used. My daughter is 60 lbs and it sounded like it couldn't hold her weight.

    Disappointing
    Purchased this item as a Christmas gift for my grand daughter and she loved it. I had to return it as now it does not charge and she only had it for a month. Tried calling the company that made it and never answered the phone. If purchasing make sure to get a protection plan. I was able to contact Walmart and they gladly sent a return label and refunded what I paid for this item.
