Absolute BEST AC BUY from Walmart! Check it out!
At a time when other major stores offered very little or no choice of this item, Walmart was still well stocked and I found exactly the AC I needed in terms of BTUs and from a well known brand. Ordering online was super easy, the price was reasonable

Shipping damage, DOA!
I can't really comment on how good or bad this AC is because it came damaged from shipping. You can't buy these in the stores, they just don't stock them for who knows what reason. Everybody knows that shippers are rough with packages especially heavy ones. Whoever decided selling these only through shipping needs to reconsider the intelligence of that decision.

    Great air conditioner
    We love our new Frigidaire 10,000BTU air conditioner!! It has a really sleek design and is super quiet but powerful! We use it to cool our 2 second floor bedrooms and it does it with ease, even on the lower settings! We highly recommend this unit.

    its GREAT we have been in this house for 15 years and i have never been comfortable in the hot weather.Our home is open concept so cooling it down took 3 sm air conditioners. Yours works for all 4 rooms. Thank You

    Good job cooling. Dented out of the box.
    What I liked was that it does a good job cooling. Nice design. What I didn't like was the side vent was dented in, which I didn't notice until after it was installed. It's a 10,000 BTU so it's not easy taking in and out.

    Great AC init. Best buy I've made this year.
    I own my own 2 bedroom home in west Texas. This init was easy to install and keeps my livingroom and kitchen at a cool 72 when its 95 to 100 outside. I run it on the Economy setting. It cools from 90 to 72 in 5 minutes and uses just pennies a day in electricity.

    Didn't work as expected
    We were in the middle of a heatwave when I ordered this. It got here quickly and I set it up expecting to be cold within minutes. Unfortunately dissatisfaction was the order of the day. After plugging the item in and turning it on..... There was a problem. The internal fan failed to turn. The compressor kicked in and it tried but nope. I called Frigidaire and they wanted a bunch of ridiculous things and to get a new one would take upwards 3 to 6 weeks or longer. I went the simple route and just returned it to Walmart. Unfortunately there were none in stock online or in store so I had to order a 8k btu. Not happy with the product or Frigidaire customer support. I do hope it works for other people though.

    I have a 400 ft two room apt. I live on the top floor of a brick building. The ac does not cool the second room . I have a fan blowing the cold air in to the living room.. there is 6 degree difference between the two rooms. No troubleshooting pages. For those of us who are technical challenged It is over all is good a.c but for my personal situation.. I have yet to be able to figure this all out.
