These are the cheapest bill pack I could find but I sure whoosh boys underwear wear a bit cheaper in general

Disappointed in the re-packaged briefs!
These were purchased to donate. Since I didn't open the package I can't be sure there were 14 briefs. I say this because the briefs were re-packaged with packing tape holding the bundle together. The briefs looked to be new but I can't say for sure. Very disappointed in the packaging. Especially when I donate, I expect the package to be original and unopened. These should have been on the clearance rack because of the packaging.

    Right size and soft cotton. The elastic bands are a little stiff and rough. Overall a good deal for those struggling with potty training.

    these are way to big ( boys med) i know the small size is what he wore last 2 years, so i ordered medium and they are more like large or small men. now i have to figure out how to return
