Soft Mens Robe
I am reviewing the beyond soft Waffle Robe for men by Fruit of the Loom (a trusted company) as a Wal-Mart Sparks Reviewer. Right off the bat I have to tell you that my husband loves this robe. He especially likes how soft it is and that it has a natural stretch to it which makes it easy to put on and take off. The robe is light weight but yet warm, not too hot to wear. It is a one size fits all and my husband usually wears a 2X and this robe fits him perfectly. It does have adjustable belt loops which is a nice feature as well as two large side pockets. The arm length is 3/4 length which is another great feature he really likes (doesn't get his sleeves wet when he washes his hands). I love the easy care because it is made from 100% polyester and you can just throw it into a warm wash then it can go into the dryer on low heat and it's ready to be worn again. I think you are going to really enjoy wearing this robe because it is so very light weight and soft and most of all comfortable and I highly recommend it.

Very Soft But Not For Big Guys
I was happy to try the Beyondsoft Waffle Robe in exchange for my honest review. First I need to say that this is a very soft feeling material yet it seems like a heavy weight robe. Not a fan of the "waffle" weave but still this robe feels great against your skin. It is somewhat see through and has an attached belt that seems to be extreamly high in the waist. To be honest the belt hits me in the middle of the back, not at all in the waist area which makes it uncomfortable. Also this is more designed for the "average" size man, not a big man, so the saying that "one size fits most or all" doesn't in this case. Had the belt not been attached, the sleeves a few inches longer and the robe in general a bit bigger it would have been a hit, but for me it is a miss. I can only say that for a average size man this robe would be great but for a bigger guy you need to look elsewhere.

    Uncomfortable
    As a 6ft 170lbs male the one size fits all black waffle weave robe stops at the knees. The material is comfortable, medium weight and see-through. Patch across the area of the Trapezius Muscle was uncomfortable feeling like a hump was there perhaps this patch is ideal for an athletic OR heavy build body type. The arm sleeves are a good match for a heavy set arm that needs room to move around in and not feel squeezed. Over all the robe was uncomfortable on a slim build body frame.

    An essential addition to your closet!
    I was happily surprised by this robe. I am not a robe person. I don't think I've owned a robe in 10 years, but I have started using this robe regularly. It is a thin robe, but it still manages to keep me warmer than I would have been without it. I like that I will still be able to use it in the summer since it is not too thick. The material is 100% polyester and it is waffle knit. I love the feel of waffle knit because it is soft. My favorite aspect of this robe is that the belt sash is stitched in on the back. Because of that, I never have to adjust it and make sure both sides are equal length before I tie it. I also don't run the risk of losing the belt sash or having to thread it through the loops a bunch of times. There is a loop on the inside of the robe at the nape of the neck so that it can be easily hung on a hook, and I don't notice the loop while I'm wearing the robe. I'm 5'7” and the robe goes down to mid-calf. The sleeves hit right before my wrists. I highly recommend this robe to anyone!

    Wrapped in comfort
    My husband loves this robe especially after getting out of the shower and toweling off the excess water. Being colder outside he will put on his sweatpants and T-shirt and then the robe all morning long. He says that it does not gather and instead glides over his body and gives him an added layer of warmth. The pockets are very convenient for his phone and tissues...and the belt stays attached to the robe so it doesn't get lost. This robe feels very soft and he looks quite handsome all bundled up. All in all, I would say that Fruit of the loom makes good products and I am sure he will get a lot of use from wearing this comfortable and classy looking robe.

    This Fruit of the Loom Mens Soft Touch Waffle Robe is exactly what I was looking for. It replaces my old robe which, although nice, was super thick, bulky and way too hot! This robe suits my needs better and is much more practical for everyday, all season use. It is lighter weight, breathable, and has a more stretchy weave so it is flowy and allows freedom of movement. If you put it on while slightly wet, it quickly dries without feeling clingy or clammy. The waffle texture gives it both a nice look and a nice feel. It is perfect to wear in the summer to keep you cooler and pairs nicely in the winter with joggers and a t-shirt to stay warmer while lounging. Not being made of the heaviest of material, it still provides enough thickness to conceal and offers the right amount of modesty. Walking in from the hot tub or out to get the mail or newspaper should not cause a problem and will not cause the neighbors to blush. The black 100% polyester material with white trim accents gives it a premium, trendy, and fashionable look too. There is a nice loop in the collar that allows the robe to easily hang from a hook while not in use. I also like the three-quarter length sleeves, but I do find the arm holes to be a bit large. Robes should be roomy but these seem exaggerated here. This robe is designed with a high belt so it does tie more above the belly rather than below the midsection and nearer to the waist. The robe is finished with two pockets which can be nice for warming hands or transporting lighter-weight items, however the pockets themselves are not too deep. I love that the belt is stitched in the back so it never becomes separated (and potentially lost) from the robe. Design wise, if the belt had white trim to match like the rest of the robe, it would be almost perfect.

    Soft and comfortable robe
    This robe is lightweight and soft. It is very well made and comfortable. It is a classy looking and looks great in my husband. He loves it and wears it all the time around the house, even over his clothes. It's winter, so it's a nice addition to have when the house is chilly. The navy color is very nice and I was thinking it's nice for women s well. It's a one size robe, so it would fit must people. It's not too long, it seems just right. I would recommend it to everyone and hopefully they made a woman's version in pretty colors soon!

    Washed and dried well
    This robe is a one size fits all. My husband is 220lbs and 5'10” and its pretty much a perfect fit on him with room to grow (lets hope not though). I'm 5'8” tall and 140 lbs and it fits big on me, but gets the job done. The sleeves come midway down our forearms and there are two front pockets. I would say the fit is exactly as it looks on the model, even after washing. The material is thinner, but heavy and not see thru. It is not stiff at all and has a nice drape to it. The feel is soft and slick/smooth and has some stretch to it. After I washed it, it felt and looked more like a soft cotton, but it is 100 percent polyester and says it is made in Cambodia. The belt is sewn into place, so it doesn't slide off and also didn't tangle in the wash. I washed it today and threw it in the dryer afterwards. It had no shrinkage or pilling, but I definitely wouldn't dry it with towels or anything that sheds. The picture shows it fresh out of the dryer.

    Nice robe but not long sleeved
    This robe is medium-warm and soft but the sleeves are intentionally made to be a bit short. They don't come down to the wrists. I gave this robe to my dad as a gift. He likes it, but he's six feet tall and he wishes the robe were longer and the sleeves were longer. It's nice if you just want a robe to throw on after a shower, but if you're looking for a very warm winter robe and you're a tall person, this might be too short.

    Soft and warm
    This Fruit of the Loom beyondsoft waffle robe is soft and warm. Not too heavy and not too thin. Nice dark blue color. Nice size pockets , robe belt with double belt loops. Its not a large size robe but fits my husband nice and he is about 180 pounds. Anything over that and The robe wont close good . It fits me better , I weigh less .

    Nice textured surface, attractive, easy to clean
    This 100% polyester robe is comfortable, attractive and sturdy. It's the first thing I put on in the morning. The textured polyester surface feels very similar to crêpe paper. It feels good on the skin and doesn't slide off your shoulders. It is also a nice 3/4 length. I am 5'9” and it hangs to just below my knee. Although I only have a 32 waist it has a nice long belt and quite a bit of material so even someone with a much larger waist would be able to wear this robe and be fully covered. It is also very durable I have washed it twice since I received it and it looks as good now as the first day.

    Well made lightweight Robe
    I am a big guy, 6 feet tall and 220 pounds. Since this Fruit of the Loom robe is "One Size Fits All" (and they usually don't), I was skeptical if it would actually fit me but I am happy to report, it fits me very well even with some room to spare. One thing I don't like about most robes is they are often made out of too heavy of material (terry cloth or flannel) and I find those robes to be too hot to wear after getting out of the shower. Because this robe is made out of a "waffle knit" fabric, the robe is very lightweight and more "breathable" if that makes sense. Another thing I like about this robe is instead of having ONLY belt loops on the sides, with a separate belt/tie which always seems to be uneven or missing, this robe has almost four inches of the 3 inch wide belt sewn on the middle of the back at the waist. This keeps the belt/tie always even and will never go missing. The loops on the sides have two options to slide the belt/tie through, higher or lower which I have never seen before and is a very nice feature. My wife, who is the Laundry Expert at our house, informed me since this robe is 100% polyester, it will wash and dry easily plus it should not wrinkle so it will always look nice.
