Better than Amazon
Absolutely marvelous. Walmart offers better gaming chairs than Amazon. Very easy to assemble. Instructions are very easy to follow. This gaming chair even gaming with washers and thread lock on the nuts and bolts. No squeaky noises and comfortable. It is bigger than most gaming chairs so I would recommend looking at the dimensions .

huge pen sized hole through the front
The chair would've been perfect if it didn't have a huge hole in it :/ It looks as though someone stabbed it all the way through and through. It's so noticeable because it's through the front and back of the head. It can be fixed if I got a whole new cover for the chair. I don't return items because it's a hassle so I am disappointed.

    Not worth the money
    relieved this today and upon putting it together notifes it came damaged, the stiching is separating, zippers are missing their fabsand im finding hair (not mine in parts of the chair. Very cheaply made and not worth the price. I would not recommend at all.

    holes in back of chair
    Other than the holes in the back of the chair it seems great! had an issue screwing in the right arm but it's okay now very big and seems sturdy. also it shipped same day and got delivered 3 days later.

    Not worth the $ for this quality :(
    As I'm putting the chair together, I am very disappointed in the quality. There is a bent metal piece on the mechanism that goes under the chair, and there's a hole in the back of the head rest :( there are frayed bits of fabric around the openings where you attach the arm rests. Just looks bad, especially the hole on the head rest. That bothers me so much. Honestly, if I hadn't already gotten so far in putting it together and disposed of the box in this mornings recycling, I would just return it. Paying over $100 for a chair with bent metal and a literal hole in the fabric is not something I wanted to do.

    Very disappointed
    Shipping was terrible. I ordered two of these and both the boxes came damaged. I hoped for the best and wrapped them for Christmas. A week after Christmas upon assembly, parts were broken (assuming from shipping). I'm chalking this up as a loss as I DARE not try to lift or maneuver this into my car and get to my local Walmart only to wait in line for an hour and a half.

    Picked this chair up for my wife's office use and she was so excited to get a cute pink chair. To our surprise this chair is extremely comfy and helps her with posture creating less back pain. This chair has everything you need! Pick this chair up if you want to improve your posture, work long hours in front of a computer, or are a gamer wanting a comfy chair.     Easy to assemble, comfortable
    Title says it all. Easy to assemble and comfortable. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble. Came with the Allen wrench (but what doesn't come with an Allen wrench now a days). The screws all have locktite on them so they will stay put :) It looks really nice, it's soft to the touch, I've played games for hours and not gotten uncomfortable.

    Amazing chair
    This chair is amazing. Despite of its size, the chair was a breeze to put together. The instructions were easy to follow and it came with everything I needed. It's is great for gaming, working at the computer or even watching tv. The reclining feature, lumbar support and footrest take this chair to another level of comfort. It's very sturdy too. I'm happy with this product.

    Excellent gaming or office chair
    The directions for assembly were easy to follow (this would be my 2nd time to assemble "anything" so that's saying something). There were extra parts included which came in handy cause I was shorted one washer. (no big deal) This gaming chair is firm but comfortable. Very well made. I'm not in love with the lumbar and head pillows. They are too stiff for my comfort. You can unzip both and insert softer materials if so desired. The back of the chair unzips also making it more versatile for comfort. The hydraulics work as expected. The casters are not free wheeling so you won't go flying around on the floor while using the chair (used on bamboo flooring). They are not stiff but they do give a feeling of being on solid ground. That was nice. The reclining feature works well. It's farther back on the chair in the upright position but when reclining it's in a good position to get back to the upright position. I didn't think I would use the foot recliner but it's very comfortable to use while working at my office desk. It's relatively easy to put in and easier to take out when not needed. You will like this chair for it's comfortable positions and well done construction. It's a very versatile chair. Love it.
