Nice for the price
I bought this some time ago. It is a good GPS watch for the price. I do a lot of walking and like to focus on speed and distance. Does it very well. Notifications are good as well.

Refurbished
I believe I was sent a refurbished watch , it was the Pharmapack that it came from. Buyer beware, they send you used stuff. Not a good marketing Walmart, should say used

    Not suitable for me.
    In my opinion I find it old fashioned with overpriced. LCD display with dull graphic and hard to operate with multiple keys on sides. I'd get touchscreen smartwatch for less than this. Features might be OK like GPS, etc but I got it from gts2 mini too for less.

    Love it!
    One week owning this watch, I've ran, walked, weight lifted, cardio and of course slept and the 45 has tracked it all flawlessly. Paired with my iPhone easily and works with my fitness apps also. Super lightweight so I'm able to wear it 24/7 unless charging. I've never been able to sleep while wearing a watch until now. For the price, this watch is a steal.

    Easy to see
    I have only had this for a day or two. I really like the face for ease of seeing. I'm 58 and have trouble with some devices if the light isn't right. I look forward to learning about all the things you can do with this. Way more than I will ever use.

    terrific while running
    The Garmin 45 is a wonderful addition to my runs. At one quick glance I get distance, pace and time elapsed and, in particular, to see my pace vary over during a run is very enlightening. It is not the most intuitive to use, however, and I wish there was a quick set-up guide just for the basics of running.

    Good Value With Great Data
    I enjoy my new watch. The amount of data it collects is worth the value alone. The only down side is that the watch is not very intuitive. I assumed I knew how to operate it, and I read the instructions, but still can't figure out how to start a work out, or the proper work out.

    Garmin 45 is for me!
    I have had Fitbit for at least 5 years. The charge 3 cannot be read in the sunlight. The versa 3 is really nice, easily readable in all lighting, but not accurate for steps and distance. I tried the Garmin 235 but the watch faces were too small to read. The Garmin 45 is wonderful. Easy to see in all lighting and larger font on the watch face and many faces to chose from.

    Highly recommend!
    Fantastic watch! Great gps and biometrics! I got the fitbit versa 2 before the forerunner 45. and the versa 2 absolutely sucked. I returned and opted for the forerunner instead, and I have loved this watch ever since! Highly recommend!!!
