Good Quality Product and Great Value
surprisingly very responsive considering at 1.10 ghz on Wifi... One thing you should know, this only runs on Wifi connection - overall, it meet my expectation for what I intended it to use for...Good Quality material and construction in my opinion...

    Broken Laptop
    I liked the way it was working until it just stopped working at all I've tried control, Alt and delete too try and reset it but that didn't work either and I don't know what to do. I've only had it right at 10 months and it has been not working for 4 months now! Does anyone know what I should do about it please let me know who I should contact!!!

    NOT WORTH THE PRICE
    I bought this less than a year ago, within 6 months, it went out. Walmart sent an exact replacement, that too just went out; less than a year for both computers. I was never offered an extended warranty plan nor any other choice except this. I do not recommend buying this as it is a waste of money.

    not even 6 months and it started giving us problems right away. the ports are loose, the moise jumps when youre foing something clicking on the menu, keys get stuck that you need to put another key board to get it going. wouldnt recommended

    Was a great laptop...until it wasn't.
    I loved the features it had, loved the look loved thenproce. But here we are 2 weeks past my 1 year purchase anniversary and it doesnt even turn on anymore. Just crapped out yesterday. Screen seveloped white line across it around 6 months, all the screws came out of the bottom and at 12 months it started shutting off when not plugged in We did not even use the device much. Hesviest use was the last couple weeks of school.

    When i got it and opened it to set it up while charging, it loses charge connection and pops back up. Doesnt hold a charge and the charging light stays on then off again. dont know if its a faulty charging port or faulty charger.

    This thing has crashed several times a day, every day, since the day I took it out of the box. Usually it goes to blue screen then restarts itself. Yesterday it did some weird black screen that flashed and at first wouldn't turn off. Removing the cover on the back with the little screws I saw no battery to remove to reset it. After an hour I finally got it to turn off and reboot. I'm returning it today. Ordered a desktop. I hope I have better luck with that.

    will not upgrade to windows 11.
    I bought the as it was Good for the price, it said would be updated to win 11, now windows says, pc will not satisfy or meet the minimum requirements for the windows 11 update, so don't waste your money, buy one with windows 11 already installed.

    Garbage! Light on but screen is completely black!
    This is the second gateway computer I have purchased and both within 30 days of purchase have simply quit working. I exchanged the first one for the second one and it is garbage just like the first one and since my 30 days are up, I can no longer exchange it or have it fixed! Horrible. Don't waste your money on this product!

    Not so great
    I purchased this, because I just wanted to have something for the internet. The battery seems to last less than the 4 hours "max", and when charging, it gets really hot. The the trackpad seems to press itself. I kinda thought it wouldnt be good for the price.
