Great Notebook. Has everything I need.
Awesome notebook for the price. Had everything I needed without breaking the bank. Love listening to my JBL headphones on Bluetooth. Sounds much better than my old HP laptop and the Gateway is much faster. Best money I spent in a long time.

    stopped charging
    march 2022 it stopped charging. ordered a new charger and still will not charge. bought online and gateway will not acknowledge the receipt from walmart.

    do not buy this! complete waste of money!
    Worst purchase I made in years. This was a headache since day one. Was given a false delivery date which followed by no updates even after passing the original date by a month. I couldn't even cancel my order while it was "delayed". Finally after it showed up I charged it for a whole day just for it to not even work after downloading and installing all the updates. This is the cheapest laptop I have ever used and not even worth $50.

    Okay, wish it was lighter.
    I was going to return this because it was a lot bigger and heavier than I thought it was going to be. I decided to keep it. I think it's kind of slow for a brand new laptop but everything seems to work just fine so far. I haven't used it very much yet.

    Mine has worked fine for two weeks!
    The screen and speakers are great. I have no problem streaming and outputting 4K video to my TV. Windows 11 is reasonable and the upgrade was easy. The product description lied about the WiFi capabilities, which is annoying, but I don't notice due to my slower (100 mbps) Internet connection. I watched a video review online that said there is no internal fan and the CPU can reach its heat threshold (and slow down) during various activites such as Minecraft gaming. I have yet to do anything CPU intensive.

    BIGGEST MISTAKE
    Worst purchase ever made!! I purchased this computer for my daughter for Christmas, she hasn't even been able to use it. It will not connect to the Wi-Fi. Keeps coming up with an error message that says THERE MIGHT BE A PROBLEM WITH THE DRIVER FOR THE WI-FI ADAPTOR! Complete junk.

    Disappointed
    The laptop doesn't work. It powers on then makes some weird noise and shuts itself off. I'm very disappointed. The only thing I was able to enjoy was the beautiful green color
