Agrressive tread design handles well in deep snow
This is the second set of Ultra Grip Winter I have purchased and I will purchase another set. I have to travel 3/4 mile of unpaved road and sometimes unplowed at 7800 feet elevation. Excellent braking in deep snow. Handles well in icy conditions, tire compound adheres to ice but wears better than soft compound tires with rotation. Sound is good for the traction and peace of mind I have when driving in snowy conditions, no obnoxious hum.

Worse tires I have ever owned
I have four of these tires on a Nissan Altima - worse tires I have ever owned, can't even get up small inclines, been stuck more this year then in my 40 years of driving. Will not put them on again next year. If I could afford would get new tires now, but I just got these the beginning of this season.

    Year round tire
I've run these tires for years on Subarus and now on my Honda Civic. I own the fast lane when it snows heavy. Pass people like mad. I'm sure they wonder how I can do it...it's the tire. I now run them year round. They are the quietest snow tire on the market. Directional design keeps my car in the lane.

    Amazing in snow storms
These tires made my Toyota Camry feel invincible through snow. I was caught in several snow storm the past two winters and I never had a problem getting through the snow. When the plows did not come in time or could not keep up with the snow, I was able to get home or get to work just fine. Never gotten stuck in the snow yet with these. They are so dependable. Love these tires!

Very smooth ride and excellent traction on snow covered road
I would strongly recommend this winter tire. For the first time I used these winter tires on all four and felt like driving anew car and also when I drove through the nasty snowy road, I did not have any slippery feeling on my car. Thank you Good year tire for this great winter tire.

    Far Exceeds
This tire is tough. Paved, dirt, mud, rocks, back country, ice, snow and all with a heavy load, this tire provided excellent traction and extreme durability for well over 40,000 miles without a single failure on the worst roads imaginable. The best winter and all season tire I have ever put on a vehicle.

Honda Civic that feels like a 4X4
Tires work great! I have them on all four tires and cant believe how well they preform. I drive 134 miles round trip to work and back. I have put the tires to the true test by driving through a blizzard to work. I will be buy the tires again when needed.

    So far, so good
I purchased this winter tire in hopes of improving my traction this winter as I had a pretty rough time on the roads last winter. We have had a couple of fairly significant snow storms/ice and this tire is performing very well. I wish I could afford to replace all of my tires with this winter tire. I am happy with my purchase!

    Great Tire
I would say these one of the best tires I have purchased. I have mine with studs since I live on an unpaved road that gets plowed after the main roads and I live at a higher elevation. I just press on the gas and off I go to work or whatever endeavors I'm on for the day. This will my by 3rd winter running these tires and tread is still as new but I do swap out my tires in April with all season until the end of October. Now I really get to enjoy driving in the snow on the back roads before the plows come.

You can't go wrong with these tires
I have a variety of different snow tires. FINALLY, I found a tire that really does what it is supposed to do in the snow. Mine are studded since I only have two wheel drive and being a pickup. Even before I added a little weight in the bed of the truck, they worked. However, once I added a little weight, they were able to bite and in two wheel drive I drive thru snow with ease, up hills, standing starts, not a problem. Packed snow or fresh powder, these tires work. On ice they bite and work. If I had four wheel drive I would go without the studs. Two wheel drive, use four all studded, fantastic tires.
