Hard to beat
Better than the high end name brand. I used a 50% off coupon from Keurig to purchase 5 flavors of French / Dark Roast coffee ( Peets, Tully’s, Newman’s Own French, Newman’s Own Extra Bold, and Laughing Man). I brewed a cup of each along with the GV French roast. After trying them all I settled on this one. If you like a dark, rich coffee, this one will not disappoint.

    Russian Roulette with exploding pods!
    I used to love this coffee until the l'able on the pods was changed to orange rather than purple. Not only did was the coffee weak, it lacked any caffeine kick and the pods kept exploding! HOT coffee grounds everywhere! If I hadn't had glasses on the hot grounds would have been in my eyes! I will not buy these again. I am now buying the 2 lb bag and the flavor is great and there is caffeine. I also bought paper filters to use with the basket that came with my machine. I will be reviewing those - total waste of money. Who makes filters that water/coffee will not pass through!? That was a worse mess to clean up! There wasn't a name on the packaging but there were 400 filters for $22 the price on them now is $33 !!!

    BEWARE-GV French Roast K-Cups-It's changed again
    Be aware that WM is back to it's old tricks and again has changed this back to the Orange Ring on the K-Cup again. They did this last year and there were a lot of people complaining that the flavor had changed and did not have the same bold flavor as the original non Orange Ring K-Cups. It has no flavor at all. I had just purchased a 96 count box a few months ago of the original and had a few K-Cups left so I did a side by side comparison with the box I just bought yesterday. Definitely not the same. I guess WM thinks customers are stupid, don't know what they are buying, or think they will never notice. I have been buying this GV French Roast for several years. Now I am returning it and have to start looking for another coffee.

    Disappointed twice
    Ordered this product twice and both times the kcup label is a decaf where the container box is regular French Roast. now returning the product. See photo. The purple label was expected, orange ring label was found inside the box.

    Not Dark Roast
    This is the third time I have purchased this “dark roast” coffee and it is not dark roast. It has orange pods, they use to be purple. The coffee is very weak even when you select strong setting on kuerig . I went ahead and purchased some dark roast pods from Sam’s and they are good. Will not buy my coffee anymore from any Walmart.

    The Flavor Changed - No Longer Bold and Toasty
    The new k cups with orange on the top are not the original formula. Beware - the box looks the same, but the flavor is not. This was by far the best coffee for a decent price. The flavor is watered down and is no longer bold and flavorful. I’ve purchased an average of 12 of the 96 packs for years, but will not be purchasing ever again. So disappointed!

    Orange ring French roast great value coffee
    They have changed the coffee on the inside, changed the coffee pod seal to an orange ring but kept the box the same. It is not the same coffee, it is terrible. It’s like they put decaf in there or something. One star do not recommend

    GV french roast K cups with orange ring no good !
    The bold and toasty french roast pods that I have enjoyed every morning for over seven years has been changed. If it has an orange ring around the top of the pod, It is no longer bold and toasty. It is terrible! They ruined it! Very disappointed and upset because my coffee is very important to me
