    Melts smoothly in recipes, taste great!
    Great cheese! It melts smoothly in recipes like Alfredo and it's tasty sprinkled on top of pasta dishes and to add to pizza. The taste is great!

    Better price good product
    I appreciate the convenience of buying shredded cheese. Of course I don't use when making dishes where I want the cheese to melt, but it tastes great on salads and sandwiches. Block cheese doesn't have the additives so I shred my own for pizza, casseroles or nachos.

    Delicious and nice fine shreds!
    I always use this instead of plain mozzarella. It's very fine, melts well and is great for a grilled Italian cheese and tomato sandwich!

    These were very disappointing. No flavor except for plastic-like taste and consistency. They were selected for replacement of Sargento shredded, mixed Italian blend cheese.
