Smashed box, scraped wheel
The box was smashed and looks like someone tried to tape it up. The front wheel is scraped up, looks used. I want to order a new one but now you are out of pink.

    Best Scooter Available For Under $50 Bucks
    This is absolutely the best scooter available for under $50 bucks. It folds very easily and does not take up much storage space when folded. The weight limit of 220 pounds works for all members of my family, so I am sure there will be fights over who gets to ride it first. Also a plus was no assembly required.

    Very Versatile Scooter!
    Bought this for my adult son. Once he got it he absolutely loved it. Nice large wheels and easy to handle. Folds up nicely so he can transport it in the truck of his car. He uses to get back and forth to his car when in the city. Definitely a great buy and at a great price!

    Super cute, got it in black for my cousin, it's sturdy enough for even an adult, I rode it a few times, even the height for the bars can be adjusted. It's a good gift for kids, I also bought one for my sisters as well.

    Solid choice for a scooter
    Great, sturdy. I'm an adult and I rode on it a few times, it's for my 12 year old sister, she's been having a blast with it, I bought multiple, one for my cousin as well; the rest of my young family members are wanting one as well.

    Received a used scooter missing pieces
    I'm not sure how this will turn out. I got a chance to open the box with my daughter and I thought the box looked beat up. Come to find out today it obviously was a return, the tires shown wear and a minor scratch and the button to lock the handle bars in place missing. So it's useless.

    My daughter absolutely loves this purplw big wheeled scooter. The foot platform is a good size making it easy for her to put her feet on. The handle bars are adjustable up and down. I love that it folds up nicely. It is super easy to fold and unfold. The wheels are a good size for her. Very pleased with this scooter.

    This scooter was super dangerous. My daughter was riding it on the back porch when the part of the handlebar that's welded onto the base broke off and she flew forward. The beading was super thin for it to have come apart like this. I'm grateful that she wasn't facing the brick wall when it happened or we'd have much bigger problems than a scraped knee and sore hands. This is the 2nd Halo that we've had that has come apart. I wanted to give it another chance just in case the last issue had been a fluke, but I've officially learned my lesson.

    Disappointed
    Bought it for my 6 year old. Because it’s made to fold to be compact, handles are not a snug fit and feels loose while riding which makes balancing difficult. Had it for about a month and it rattles a lot now. Bought another brand for the same price and my child prefers the other over this one.

    Good speed for the price, but lacking in quality
    [Adult rider] Not bad for the price! It's surprisingly fast, all things considered. However, I would not buy this again for 2 key quality reasons. Firstly, the rear pedal brake requires extra pressure to effectively slow you down, and could definitely cause an accident. Secondly—and more importantly—is the steering alignment. Mine came loose after riding for about half an hour on mixed sidewalk and light cobbled pavement. Upon inspection, I'm guessing it was due to the top adjustable steering bar opting for plastic grip materials vs metal, or whatever else Razer uses in their equivalent scooters. Also, no kickstand on this despite other options on Amazon that are actually cheaper having them. Also(2), when collapsed, the adjustable clamp can easily scrape and scratch the paint off the brake.

    Walmart Delivering Damage Open Packages
    The package was unacceptable! It was opened, torn, busted up all over and should not have left any ones warehouse to be delivered to customers. There should be some sort of product clearance of approval before it leaves the warehouse. This was a birthday gift and it’s not even presentable to wrap. It’s such a disgrace to know that we can’t confidently order online to receive an acceptance package. Now I have to return just to go find this product in store somewhere else. Ridiculous and inconvenience.
