Inks / big box
I bought Black and Tri- colored inks from you. I was very surprised to see a plastic return envelope enclosed to return the old ones!. I LOVE you recycle your products!!! May I make a suggestion..... instead of using a box to ship them (way to Big of a box) Use a padded envelope. It might even save you money. Thanks for listening. Lynda Auburn,WA. Unusable cartridge
It smears no matter how many times I clean it! The text is unreadable. I'm so disappointed. I would give this a 0 rating if I could.

    Unacceptable!!
    When I got home on Tuesday, 11/16/21, and was unpacking my pick-up items, I discovered that the HP 63XL printer ink cartridge that I purchased had been opened. Not only was the box open, but also the inside sealed foil container had been torn open, and the protective tape over the cartridge had been removed, then crookedly reattached. I work from home while taking care of my invalid husband. I also live about 12 miles away from the Idabel Walmart, so I can't just run back to town. These cartridges are VERY expensive and essential to my home-based business. This cartridge should never have been placed back on the floor, or distributed thru drive-thru pick-up. This is unacceptable. I will be returning this item to Idabel store and I expect a full refund or an unopened replacement..

    genuine HP ink cartridges no cyan BOO!
    I bought genius HP Ink Cartridges and there are no cyan in the trial color. My print outs are awful

    Great product!
    I bought a HP Officejet 3830 printer last March just as the Pandemic hit, and I gotta tell you how essential it has been to be able to print, scan, copy and faxed my projects that I do for my church, and my American Legion organization. I do a monthly newsletter for the Legion and recently our pastor celebrated his 2nd year anniversary on February 28th. I use the HP 63XL black and tri-color cartridges, the print quality is amazingly beautiful and professional.
