annoyed
when i picked up my order the toner was still in the security case. i dont feel like driving all the way back there. you should do your job right the first time so people dont have to deal with this.

    My printer displayed a message stating cartridge not communicating with device. Otherwise, both new cartridges are not working. And I had some VERY important documents to print for the VA.

    cartridge ink amount
    The only big problem that I have is that the ink cartridge does not deliver on the amount of pages that are claimed, i.e. 100 pages that are supposed to be the amount for a cartridge actually only delivers on 50 pages, if that! Would I recommend this product? Yes, only if it delivers what is promised.

    Not enough volume
    Trying to print a 159 page study guide (all text) this required two black ink cartridge replacements. From full to empty in less than 80 pages each. After approximately 60 pages this is what you get. What an infuriating waste of time, paper, and money.
