    Nice but does not work
    My first pick up of this item; The original tower did not have windows Pro. on lt windows 10. Because i ordered windows pro I returned it for the correct tower with windows Pro. When I received the new windows 10 pro tower, I did not work properly. I call to make sure the number that came with the 18 mo. warranted - only to be told the tower was defective they helped me arrange a pike up return and a new delivery from the RTI who refurbished the tower in the first place and was sold to me through Walmart. I am for now very satisfied with windows ten pro tower.

    Great deal
    I don't normally use a PC since we have Macs. But for taxes we need a PC. This was a great bargain for the price. The Windows code came off but the company got me a new one although it took 4 days. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is that reason and it's not very quiet. But works great and serves the purpose.

    Waste of Time
    On initial start up, it would not auto set to my time zone. Went in to select the time zone for my area and it just wouldn't do it. I had to set the time manually. While on Internet Edge with multiple pages open, when I tried to close them, nothing happened. Finally I had to repeatedly close each page individually. I tried three different computers from these Eastern Companies that say they are authorized microsoft refurbishers and all failed miserably. In my opinion, they are selling junk and folks, the old adage is true. You get what you pay for. Thank you Walmart for courteous, expeditious return policy.
