My best printer ever
I have had this printer for a few weeks and so far I just LOVE it! I believe it is the best printer I've ever had! My last printer was an HP 4400 series I had for a bunch of years. I love that this one is wireless and blue my fav color. I have printed, copied and scanned documents with it so far. I have yet to print or scan a picture. I have yet to use my phone to print but have the app loaded to do so when need be. I was able to set it up by myself. I found some googled Youtube videos helpful with that mostly for loading the ink since that was so different from my previous HP printers. I am excited to see how it works out with the insta ink service which I did sign up for.

The printer itself is great!! However, I bought this printer because it came with 8 months of free ink! When I went to signup for the free ink, you have to have an access code found on a card that should have been in the printer box and it wasn't! The access code should be available on the paperwork explaining how to redeem your free ink offer! This could've easily been a five star rating, but I figured no one would read it if it were. Don't let this review stop you from purchasing the printer, like I said...it works great and you may have better luck with the free ink purchase!

    Ive used it a few times and bought new ink thinking maybe the ink was the problem but no i dont like how it prints i can see a parttern of lines on the picture or stickers ive tried to print

    The Hp is good only that still confused about the instant ink enrollment. I was told that an ink will be mailed to me for free and will have 3 months free printing but was surprised to receive a message telling me that l have 100 copies only ,am just confused about everything.

    I'm not sure if I got a bad printer or what. It's loud and sounds like it's about to break when it's printing. Print quality is less than what I was used to with my little desk jet printer. I'm sending it back.

    Easy setup with every feature I needed
    I replaced a smaller HP printer with this one and love it. Very clear printing and I especially love the scanning tray on top for multipage documents. A time saver that prints every time and with instant ink I spend zero time with my printer on my to-do list. Recommend!

    HP Always Good!!!
    Extremely happy with our latest printer. Great instructions to set up and great tech support help. Once I connected to our Wifi, printer started printing right away. Even learned new tricks while scanning documents. Love HP - always have - always will! And that is why we love HP!

    I like it!
    This is my second HP all-in-one printer. So far I've only used it for printing, though I have a lot of family documents & photos to scan, which I'm looking forward to using this new printer for. Printing-wise, it's doing great and I'm happy I bought it.

    The perfect all in one at a great price
    I have only had my printer about a week but I can say it is a great device so far. It was quick and easy to set up and get connected to my computer wirelessly. It prints flawlessly. I love that it has an option to print front and back. It can also print on different paper sizes including envelopes. Very happy with my purchase.

    Easy set up and prints well
    My previous printer gave up the ghost so I needed to replace the unit . . . My local computer store was out of printers (Due to Covid) and made a recommendation on a HP printer (unit predating/preceding this one) so I went with the newer model. As of now, I have not set up the fax function and cannot comment on that feature but all features otherwise functions well . . . I am very satisfied at this time.
