All I expectrd it to be. I would recomend it.
Works better then I had hoped for. I would recommend it to anyone in the need of a brewing system. Works for any job We need it to do.

cracked bottom Base
after receiving this item on October 25th I used it for exactly one month and when I went to turn it on to use it for work that morning on November 28 the base of the coffee pot heater cracked and I am no longer able to use it I don't know if it was defective but the base where you set the coffee pot at cracked I would not given any stars

    The coffee maker came in no box just a Walmart box normally it would come in a factory box☹️picture is miss leading because it shows mug but no mug had I have known I would oh a bought mug also.

    I'm loving it! I did a lot of research prior to purchasing and read both good and bad reviews. The Hamilton Beach 2 way brewer offers versatility at an unbeatable price! We replaced our Keurig with this machine, and I'm thrilled with our decision! It's very easy to use, instructions were clear and easy to understand, and it has a very sleek design. Coffee came out tasting great! The programmable feature was a huge plus also, and super easy to set up. I'd definitely recommend!

    Missing pieces. Otherwise great so far
    It looks nice , the coffee is decent , missing the travel mug that was said to be included as well as the pod cup for the single brew side. I'll update after a few months and let you know how it performs.

    Missing Part---Not as pictured in instruction book
    I haven't made coffee yet, but right out of the box I noticed that the pod basket is not included, as others had also complained. I will call the 800 number provided.

    Read before you buy....
    Its not a bad coffee maker its very nice but if your getting it to do single serve... do know this coffee maker does NOT use k-cups. Its a different pod altogether and I cant even find in my area.

    My favorite coffee maker!
    This coffee maker is my second one! My first one latest about 4 years, but I have hard water now so it went south a few weeks ago and I bought this one and have been using filtered water with no issues. This coffee maker has less chrome on the facing of the unit than the old one, but it was 30$ less and looks just as good! I also love that I can make one cup if only one person wants a cup and I don't have to waste filers on the pot side.

    So far, VERY GOOD!!!!
    I've had this coffee maker for about 2 weeks now and so far, I'm very pleased! it makes great tasting, hot coffee! My husband and I mostly use the single serve side because we usually want coffee during different times throughout the day. I love that we can adjust the level to fit the size of your coffee cup, so there's no splashing when the coffee is brewing. It doesn't use pods, just coffee grounds so that's a win win! I definitely recommend this coffee maker!

    Not what I expected
    I thought this was a coffee/pod maker..which it is just not the k cups. uses Senso pods. It shows a pod basket , which it didn't come with. not sure where I am suppose to find that. really wasn't happy with this.. but figure I will try it out for awhile. the unit itself is a nice looking unit.
