Quality furniture
We are very pleased with the quality of our new Ventura patio set. We had it put together in one afternoon. We had one question during the assembly and called the 800 line. Agent was able to help us. Will order from Hayneedle again.

Not the best.
After one week the base on both chairs began to rust. I notified the company and they sent me two new bases. However, my husband and I are seniors and putting the set together was difficult for us. Now we have to take them apart and start over and they will probably just rust again. Ugh!

    I really like the set. The chairs are very comfortable and rock. It did take a descent amount of time to put together. We ran into a problem because there were two loose pieces that came with it but not included in instructions.. Emailed Hanover and never heard from them. Called them and they were clueless! To early to say if it wears well.

    Easy to assemble
    I bought this set for my daughter for Christmas. It came in one large box and packed very well. Assembly instructions easy to understand and all pieces for assembly neatly packaged and correct. Very pretty set.

    Its the most traditional and comfortable I could find.
    Had to buy this because I coudn't find a traditional beautiful set to go on my veranda. The designers/producers are forcing super contemporary, straight, ugly fashion on us. What happened to the english florals? Because it's been around doesn't for a couple hundred years or so doesn't mean it's not beautiful or that we don't still want it on our beautiful southern porches!

    I bought this set for a large patio area, and it works perfectly. The cushions a thick and it is very comfortable. I have enjoyed my outdoor space much more since getting this set. #sweepstakes

    VERY NICE SET
    I am always skeptical making large purchases online however this was a great one. Colors are just as described. Wicker is a darker brown with crimson red cushions and the combo is very rich and stylish. The chairs have a nice small glide to them , but the couch does not making the chairs more enticing. Price was best here and delivery was very professional and timely.

    Might be more comfortable than my living room furniture
    Be sure to have the right tools to put it together because the stuff it comes with would have taken forever. My husband helped me get started but I had most of it put together in 3 hours by myself. It's really heavy and seems very well made, we actually bought another set for our front porch!
