defective product!
I bought this wicker set a couple of months ago in preparation for an occasion in October. I did not bother about mounting it up because I wanted to put it up close to the day of the occasion. Lord behold, I have done everything possible to set up one of the chairs, but it has two defective holes and screws. I cant return the ridiculous thing because its past 30 days. I am stuck with a product that I spent over $900.00 to acquire but I cant use. in fact in my opinion it deserves a zero star

    It's Beautiful as Indoor Too!
    I bought this style set for my living room and it's beautiful as indoor furniture! My cats scratched up my nice microfiber set...couldn't resist I guess even though they have a nice large scratch post. I have Floridian style decor and everything goes together perfectly! I bought a ratchet set to put all the pieces together and the instructions are simple and it took me only 2 1/2 hours for all 4 pieces to be complete! I'm a 68 y/o woman too!! It's stylish and comfortable and so far, my kitties are being gentle with the set! Thank you Hanover and Walmart!

    mismatched cushions
    i would have given s 5 star but the cushions sent for loveseat do not have the buttons in centers to match chairs. images if product show they do. Directions could be better, took me a few hours to install even with my own tools. I do really like the way it looks.

    Its the most traditional and comfortable I could find.
    Had to buy this because I coudn't find a traditional beautiful set to go on my veranda. The designers/producers are forcing super contemporary, straight, ugly fashion on us. What happened to the english florals? Because it's been around doesn't for a couple hundred years or so doesn't mean it's not beautiful or that we don't still want it on our beautiful southern porches!

    Not the best.
    After one week the base on both chairs began to rust. I notified the company and they sent me two new bases. However, my husband and I are seniors and putting the set together was difficult for us. Now we have to take them apart and start over and they will probably just rust again. Ugh!

    We are very pleased with the quality of our new Ventura patio set. We had it put together in one afternoon. We had one question during the assembly and called the 800 line. Agent was able to help us. Will order from Hayneedle again.

    Be sure to have the right tools to put it together because the stuff it comes with would have taken forever. My husband helped me get started but I had most of it put together in 3 hours by myself. It's really heavy and seems very well made, we actually bought another set for our front porch!
