This toy I only have 1 of and between 4 dogs (2 very large ones, 1 medium and 1 small) they've barely made a dent thru it, just has bite marks all over and only a bit of the middle is shaved off. Definitely not big enough pieces to make my dogs sick, it's the perfect toy and so affordable that by the time they really make any damage I can just buy another! Buying 3 more so they all have one, they love it but hate sharing lol, added a picture for reference, this is the damage between 4 dogs all day every day for the last 2-3 weeks. He has about 10 of them, and it really has been the only bone chew that he likes to sit and chew on. It does have a bacon smell to it. And while my dog is actually allergic to bacon, it does not bother him, as it is just an enticing smell for him. I have used this in his dinner plates to slow him down from eating, so also have placed them in the dishwasher. Hence, why I had to purchase another one. They are still good, just lose the scent, obviously. Hartz, please make other scents that dogs are not allergic to. Peanut butter for a suggestion. That would be great!Abea
