Horrible Experience
Ordered online and the device was defective with a red discoloration along with circular discoloration, it was such a hassle to return online and in store was not much better. Will never order online again.

    Priority queue for expensive items
    I was informed by the app telling me that it was in transit for delivery so to speak before 12 PM that day that it was delivered and I waited till near 12 AM that same day for it to be delivered. It was also delivered by a partner which I am in favor of rather than a employee of Walmart however I wish there was a priority queue for items that are that large and expensive as it was a large TV. I worked at Fedex Office and tracked deliveries for a while for over a year and I wish there was a priority queue for those items delivered by Walmart.

    good tv
    very happy with this tv. easy set up,(hardest part was getting it out of the box) great picture. I love that the legs are adjustable. I upgraded from a 55" so I was worried it wouldnt fit on my stand. No problem, theres a few options for mounting the feet. Brilliant!

    Buyer beware- broken product
    Screen is damaged straight out of the box. I am so upset that I wasted my money and time with this. The damage wasn't visible until we plugged it in and the box had no visible signs of mishandling. Don't waste your time and money- skip on this brand and go with one that is reputable for a bit more money. I was hoping the reviews of broken screens were due to bad delivery or some other issue but it seems to be a trending problem with this television.

    Beware....
    So I purchased this for black Friday 2022 and I read all of the reviews saying that peiple have received broken tvs ... I took that chance and still made a purchase and of course I received a broken TV. My return was smooth however so I got my money back. Not sure if its Walmarts inventory thats just broken or Fedex breaks them in transit.. So to make a long story short I bought the same TV from BestBuy for $60 cheaper and I'm loving it. Ooo and by the way I've included a picture and the glass itself is NOT cracked its the actual screen behind the main glass... so thats why im assuming that Walmart has bad inventory.

    Had this tv for 5 months or 4 months and I’m in love. Built in surround sounds and stuff. He reads every DMI Import for better video quality etc.. overall best tv I have so far. It big and the screen is 100% glass. Backlighting is so bright but also good. Overall good tv

    Lasted only 2 months!
    It seemed to be an ok tv for the 1st 2 months. Purchased 8-18-22, today 10-30-22 and this is our picture Ughhh 25% of the TV is now dark! So now we have to return it and start all over. Very disappointing.
