Definitely recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very happy with the looks of my bedframe!! I bought it in Black and it looks very nice put together!! I would also recommend spending the money on the Assembly option. Even my Pro had to start/restart a couple of times to get it assembled properly. The only thing I would change---just an appearance thing, but I wish the 'studs' were a bright silver rather than the 'aged' appearance but that's me.

The Frame was damaged
It came damaged. But there is no way I could return it. Very disappointing. This damage wasn’t done by shipping. It was like it was used then returned.

    Don't purchase this item!!! Please don't purchase this item it's damaged box was damaged!! This is horrible I'm so upset with Walmart paid for this item I received it and it's damaged!

    Great bed so far!
    This bed is so cute! Everything came in correctly and on time. The only thing is that one of the screws that secures the headboard will not screw in, but it is secure enough with the other screws. Also, these drawers are not on tracks, which doesn’t necessarily bother me but might someone else. It feels very sturdy and doesn’t make any noise at all! It’s only been a week or so of me using it, so hoping it lasts a long time! (All the slats and drawers were included, i just hadn’t put all of them on yet in the second picture!)

    Very disappointed with the delivery, it took two weeks to arrive when the ad said it was in 4 days. The material of the pieces gets dirty very easily and it came with a crack in the front part which did not have any padding inside or any sponge. the ends of the planks are not well secured and tend to fall when you are installing them. Walmart should better check their products online and specify more about them or put them physically in the store. I personally am returning this product and on my way to a bedding store.

    Great Walmart
    I just want to say that Walmart and the seller, Luosi Ge, provide exceptional customer service in an unfortunately bad FedEx delivery situation and I really appreciate all their help. I ordered this beautiful bed as a surprise for my parents and FedEx left my package at a dangerously steep angle against my garage door that actually could have damaged the garage door. In addition, it was pouring rain and FedEx in its delivery, damaged the box (it was completely broken at the bottom) with the bed parts falling out of the box completely. The bed parts were getting soaked and were clearly dragged against the cement driveway as the fabric of the headboard was dirtied and ripped. Mind you, I actually had my main front door open the entire time with the glass door shut, so FedEx could have very easily knocked on my door to at least make me aware that the package was delivered rather than leave it in the condition it was. This was a HEAVY box, too heavy for 1 person to move alone. All that being said, I was pretty frustrated that FedEx ruined the bed when I was on a time deadline and the bed was a surprise gift. I promptly reached out to Walmart (Rodrigo assisted me) and the seller, Luosi Ge, and both were exceptionally helpful and extremely approachable, receptive and fast to reply. Luosi replied the following morning and gave me multiple helpful options to mitigate the situation. Obviously, the seller has no control over FedEx’s delivery handling as they are a 3rd party and it was not the Seller’s fault that my package was delivered so inconsiderately and incompetently. Yet the Seller helped me nonetheless. I REALLY appreciate Luosi Ge’s help. 100/10 customer service. Thank you so much!!! I would buy from this Seller again based alone on my excellent customer service experience. I hope this is helpful! I did not assemble the bed as it is unfortunately severely damaged (FedEx’s fault), but I can tell that the bed would be beautiful with a comfortable and homey, soft felt texture. I appreciated receiving all parts of my bed in one day and earlier than expected (although sad that the delivery guys butchered the early arrival) and I plan to purchase from this Seller again. Thanks so much for helping to turn a bad situation right!!!
