I was very pleased with this purchase. Items like portable air conditioners frequently get discontinued, and when you need a spare part for such an item, you often can't find it from the manufacturer. You need a company like Sylvane which works with manufacturers, and combines availability, excellent descriptive copy, ease of use, and easy ordering. The exhaust hose fit my Honeywell A/C perfectly, and the construction is solid - which is important for a part with accordion-like movement.
