LOVE IT
This vacuum cleaner is everything as advertised. I just wish we got this sooner than waiting for other one to die. I believe it picked up dirt/dust left from the previous tenenants and we lived at our current residence for 2 years :)

ruined my new carpet
First use, it ruined part if my brand new carpet. The roller bars do not stop when using attachments. It frayed the carpet fibers. You can't turn the beater bars off at all. Poor design

    I would not buy this again
    There are some issues with tht vacumm that I am not satified with. First it only comes with onlt a Pivoting Dusting Tool (Brush) , and crevice tool. The dusting tool is useless unless your going to vacuum fan blades or anything up high, this comes in two pieces, the brush clips to the frame of the part that you insert into the vacuum hose, this brush will come apart at times while using it. The cord is 40 feet long which is a nice feature, but it does not automatically rewind. It is a real chore to rewind the cord by hand. I think it would have been better to have a shorter cord, than no auto rewind. This was billed as the best bagless upright, but when you read the fine print, this statement only refers to carpet floors. My entire house has tile floors, I also have no pets. I based my purchase on the statement best bagless upright, and that it apparently has the best suction. I have used it a few times, and I am just not satified with the parts or design. It does have good suction. I cannot turn of the rotary brush when using the hose and atachments. I cannot actually dust pictures, baseboard, door frames, etc because of the useless dusting tool. It also makes a lot of noise. I was offered some dusting tools because of a complant I made to the sellers, but I have not received them yet, in fact, I just received notice that have just been shipped. I don't have pets so can't say if it is good to clean up after pets, it pains me to say, but I would not recommed it based on the features and lack of tools.

    Great Vacuum Cleaner
    I have been very satisfied with windtunnel3. Have had only a few months. It is very easy to maneuver. The suction is great. Would give five stars if only it had a rewind feature, got use to it on other vacuum cleaner. But it definitely a candidate for five stars.

    This vacuum is powerful!
    Purchased for our Maid Service. It has not let us down so far. We can see it is well built. Higher grade plastics were used for sure. The suction is incredible on this and it has made a noticeable difference in our abilities to quickly and efficiently serve our clients/families. The canister and filters are easy to clean and disassemble/reassemble easily. Super long cord makes it easy to clean several areas without moving to a new outlet.

    This works great!
    Two dogs. At least three walks a day dragging in mud, rock salt, etc. and this was the vacuum we needed to clean it up. Thanks Hoover. As someone in the family just put it - the Cadillac of vacuums...

    Emptying the dust cup is a pain in the biscuit
    It works remarkably well: good suction, good maneuverability. The articulated dust wand attachment is nearly useless because the head bends back with so little pressure. Useful on the hardwood as well as carpet. The twist lock removal of the dust cup, however, is a gigantic pain. But worth it for the price.

    Plastic loose fitting components
    First use was efficient but the gasket between the canister and vacuum is not tight and can easily lose its seal. Also the vacuum attachments regularly came apart during use and the brush was unable to hold its position when in use inhibiting my ability dust in hard places without repeatedly readjusting. I do not think that the quality of this product is good enough to last.

    Great product very smooth.
    This hoover vacuum is the best vacuum ever. It has great suction cleans amazingly well. It is really strong. It doesn't make too much sound, and it is smooth. I am satisfied about this product in many ways.

    Engineering disaster
    Horrible. I have 2 short hair chocolate labs. Canister constantly plugs up then you have to fish material out of throat to canister. I can hand pick the hair up faster than the time it takes me to clean it out. The canister is simply designed poorly.
