Awesome vacuum
I absolutely love this vacuum. When on and in an upright position the brush roll shuts off automatically so it doesn't sit there and chew up your carpet when using the wand attachments. It also has a button to press with your foot to turn off the brush roll to do hard floor surfaces. It has 7 height adjustments most vacuums only have 3. The wand attachment is awesome, when you detach the hose and re-attach it you know it's attached because it "clicks" back into place. The suction is incredible! I could go on and on about this vacuum. It really is the BEST vacuum on the market that you buy!

Do not recommend for high pile carpeting!
Great on hard floors and low pile carpeting. TERRIBLE on high pile carpeting. I've tried everything, had contacted Hoover directly and they didn't have any answers why it doesn't work well on high pile. The vacuum has pulled the fibers in my carpeting throughout. Very frustrating!

    Not a "Self Propelled" Model much to my Chagrin!
    Great suction once you figure out how to change between 'vacuum' and who knows what. At first it didn't pick up anything from my carpeting, then we figured out you have have to depress a pedal each and every time to get suction. Secondly, it is not self propelled and takes 'muscle power' to push unlike my replaced Wind Tunnel II that I had loved. Will have to get used to a 'work out' each time I vacuum now - wish I had realized it was NOT self propelled and required a lot of strength to push over carpeting!

    Good Machine but bulky
    My wife & I are in our seventies and purchased new carpeting for one of our rooms. The pile is longer than our previous carpet and our old vacuum did not have any adjustments for longer pile carpet. We purchased this vacuum because it had adjustments however, it's quite bulky and heavy to push on the new carpet. It does a good job with sweeping but for older folks it's a chore.

    Horrible. I have 2 short hair chocolate labs. Canister constantly plugs up then you have to fish material out of throat to canister. I can hand pick the hair up faster than the time it takes me to clean it out. The canister is simply designed poorly.

    Not worth the price
    Very heavy and hard to push the lower you adjust it to your floor(on carpet). Brush roller leave one strip to the left side that doesn't even touch the floor I use carpet freshening powder. so when I vacuum , I have to keep going over where the strip is left. I looked in brushes, nothing stuck or wrapped around them. Makes a weird noise also.I've bought cheaper no name products that worked better. I bought it because I have pets. It doesn't work great in rooms the pets don't go in , so you can imagine how well it works in the rooms that they do go in.If my kids didn't rip the box all up when opening, I'd return it.

    No, Not the way you Redesigned this Vacuum.
    I have loved your vacuums forever, over 40 years. This one, the redesign of it is awful. Why does the Bin disconnect from the entire vacuum? It does not lock as it has over the past 15 years at least that we have had bagless. I have used your vacuums for the main purpose with my injuries to my body your vacuum has handles everywhere that allow you to lift the vacuum a little off the floor and move it over .... with the way you redesigned this one that is impossible without the whole dust unit coming disconnected from the rest of the vacuum. Why did you do this???? A woman who uses your vacuum for cleaning houses, or cleaning their own small apartment didn't TEST DRIVE this VACUMN, I GUARANTEE YOU. I have tried to use it Three times now and I am TRYING to adjust to this change in this new vacuum and I am going to try a few more times to use it and if I can't find another way around this issue I will have to return your vacuum. This is very disappointing. I have had my heart set on this vacuum for over 8 months and everything else is okay, I love that someone got smart and made the attachments RED so you can find them so much easier in the dark under a bed. The pet attachment is still NOT a very useful attachment. I have all three from the Last Three Hoovers I have owned and NONE of them work. I still use my old Brush attachment from my very first hoover.

    Best Vacuum Cleaner on the Planet!!!
    I purchased this vacuum cleaner in 2018 and it was absolutely fabulous!!! It was inadvertently thrown away in 2019 and I had a less desirable model purchased for me. I dealt with the other model for almost two years. When I ran across the model details for the WindTunnel I purchased before; I purchased it again. I am totally satisfied with my vacuum cleaner NOW and the ease of my cleaning experience. I have only ever used Hoover products and this vacuum cleaner has been the best yet!!! I have had two different models in the past few years and this model is fantastic.

    Bought this vacuum 5 days ago. Was amazing out of the package. Perfect attachments, exceptional cleaning and carpet combing power. Picked up everything my existing vacuum and existing daily use shampooer have missed! Then night before last, wasn't suctioning well. Thought is was me, that I was exhausted and wasn't adjusting for carpet height. Yesterday turned it on. Sounds like it's working but even hair clippings were picking up. Today turned it on again and realized, duh, rotators aren't working and so much debris was stuck to the underside that it wasn't sectioning. Attachments helped me clean underside after I painstakingly dug out impacted pet hair, and debris. Rollers still aren't working after a good cleaning. So so disappointed! I also bought the powerdash. Worked fairly well, not as well as the smart wash. Better suction but terrible rollers. They don't agitate the carpet, or mattress surface so well and suction was highly disappointing! Took a lot of passes to see fair results. Again, would return if returning was easy. I had already gone through two smart washes and refused to try a third time as they all broke shortly after purchase. I was hoping this would suffice short time until I move in a few weeks. I also cannot adjust the height. Was really excited about getting the great results I saw in YouTube reviews. The vacuum was an great joy to have when working. But noelw, 5 days after purchase I am stuck with buyers remorse and now have to pony up cash for replacements. Frustrating.

    Wanted to return the thing
    I purchased this product because it was a Hoover. For 30 years I did not have a problem with your product but this purchase is making me rethink my next vacuum. The main hose does not stay attached. It is lighter in weight but feels like cheap plastic. I'm only keeping this purchase cause it would too much of a hassle to send back. I feel Hoover should pay me to keep this product. The cord is too low and too long. Just know my next vaccume will not be a Hoover. So disappointed!

    Roller doesn't work
    Literally was not even able to vacuum once with it. The belt that came on this brand new vacuum is so loose that the roller will not spin. This is a piece of junk. Now I have to try and box the dang thing back up to return it.
