We bought this just before a week long camping trip. it seemed great, roomy, reasonably easy to load and strap down. Then we went to camp. It was about 85 degrees for the first two days. On the third day we needed to take off the bag for a quick trip into town. Lo and behold, two of the buckles had literally melted and adhered to the straps. we were forced to cut it off the rack! Once we went to reload it (thankfully we had bungee cords to strap it down) we found a long year in the bottom of the bag. After ONE use. Pretty disappointing.

questionable quality.

This is a soft-shell case designed to accompany the Hyper-Tough 60x20 cargo rack.  The dimension of the case are approximately 18' deep, 58" long and 22" high.  The bag does not have any rigid support.  There are six buckle straps attached to the top of the bag that fasten three to the front side and three to the rear side of the cargo rack.  The straps are not elastic.  The instructions do not claim the bag is waterproof but it does have a vinyl exterior that might repel a light rain, but probably not a significant amount of blow-back.

Good bag for the money.  Not a rigid structure.
