Awesome High Chair
This is by far these beat high chair I have ever bought. I purchased this high chair from Wal-Mart for much daughters 1st birthday. We previously had a cheap Cosco from K-mart that was absolutely awful. The Ingenuity is super easy to assemble, with clear assembly instructions. It is super easy to clean-up after each use. And the harness system is a 100 times better the the Cosco. I also love the fact that you really are getting 2 chairs in one. Of t it have more then one child you can use the chair part and the boost part. I would recommend this chair to all mu family and friends. And plan to but 2 more for mu step kids whom are due in July.

Seat pad/back insert rolling inward
This high chair makes so much sense, 3 in 1, can use it forever…so worth it….EXCEPT for such a issue that shouldn't occur. The seat pad/back (grey foam pieces) have folded inward, after about 2 months of use. At first it wasn't a big deal, but now that my son is getting bigger the seat pad digs into his hips/thighs on both sides and the seat back pad digs into his shoulder only on the one side that's rolled inward. SO annoying! I've found there are no replacements you can buy (not that you should, if it's just going to happen again). So disappointed with this product.

    Won't sell replacement part after warranty expired
    I have had this high chair for a little bit over a year. I contacted the kids two connect about a replacement part for the high chair. The latch is a broken that holds the tray to the seat. It was just out of warranty which is understandable. But they do not sell replacement parts. Therefore, we can no longer use the high chair because we need the part to fix the tray. Since they do not sell the replacement parts for the chair, I have to buy a new high chair. If you plan on using the chair for more than a year. I do not recommend this product. We now have a new infant and a high chair that we can no longer use.

    Cleaning is a nightmare
    In order to change out the crotch strap to the lap belt, you have to disassemble the seat, which is annoying enough. But after about 2 years of use, the tray wasn't clicking onto the seat properly, because there was so much old food gunked up in the mechanism. I had to disassemble the whole tray (with a screwdriver, not just unclipping some parts) and clean out all the crevices from 2 years worth of food. So unless your baby doesn't touch anything or get messy when they eat (HA!), or you like to regularly disassemble and clean out the dozens of nooks and crannies in this thing, or you don't care about it being gunked up with rotten food, I would buy something else.

    Pretty good chair for the price.
    It was really easy to put together, and seems like a good high chair, thought it was a gift so I can't speak to the durability of the chair. I got in on sale and the price was excellent. shipping was a day earlier than it estimated which was an added plus as well.

    Very comfortable and sturdy
    I'm satisfied with my purchase. It has amazing features, it is very sturdy and the best part is how easily you can remove the chair from the frame and place it anywhere you want. Only cutting down one star for the extended part under the middle part of the food tray that kind of presses against my child's tummy. While I understand it's extra protection to keep the child safe from slipping but it also restricts my little one a bit too much from moving when there is already support between the legs on the seat itself.

    Cushion Flaw
    Same issue others are having with the grey seat cushion bending/rolling inward after a few months use. Makes it uncomfortable and bothersome to baby and inhibits his ability to self feed because the flaps are constantly in the way. Very disappointed in the materials. Otherwise, we really enjoy this multifunctional and easy to use chair.

    Pretty good!
    Takes up a lot of room but very easy to clean. Lots of space on the tray. The front wheels keep popping out though if it leans back. It doesn't look like there's anything to keep them from falling out. Good height though and leans back. Have only used as a high chair so far.

    Wheels are broken
    The wheels on the chair came broken and do not work so it's hard to move the chair around. Baby Keeps sliding down on the chair even with the belt on. The cushion on the seat is easy to wipe.

    Love the high chair but i was a bit dirty
    I love this high my mom has one for my youngest brother and I decided to get one for my daughter.. i was so excited to get it as my baby is about to start solids but when it arrived while i was setting it up I noticed there was old food stuck to the fabric part of it i was so upset… i do understand they have to resell the returns but then could have done a better job on setting it back in good condition…
