Happy JVC 43"
Its perfect for our bedroom. The sound is so clear and the picture too. I haven't tried all the extra stuff; but I am happy with my purchase. I used the mount/installation service. That was a wonderful choice too. Person came as they stated. TV mounted in less than an hour. Beautiful job.

Damaged TV
I bought this TV for my mother. Due to COVID, I was not able to travel to her house until 6/24. When she received the box on 4/6, it looked fine. I just unpacked the TV today, 6/24, and the screen is cracked and the TV will not power up. The website says it's been too long and I can't return. If it wasn't for COVID, I would have found out sooner and returned sooner. Both sides of the box looks as shown. I'm only able to upload 2 pics.

    Good 4K tv for the price
    This TV so far is great. Waiting for a Nextgen tv tuner to see how ATSC 3.0 channels come in. Easy to use.

    A GREAT BUY, great price, works great! LOVE IT!
    We were NOT actually SHOPPING for a new TV. We did wish we had smartTV features and a somewhat larger screen than our 32-inch flat-screen, but were not on the hunt for a newer one. When we saw a name-brand JVC 43-inch smart TV for UNDER $200, we couldn't resist. It is GREAT! Easy to set up, easy to use, great picture and sound -- we LOVE it! The design of the remote isn't the best one we've ever used but it works and is simple. If we had it to do over again, we DEFINITELY WOULD BUY IT AGAIN.

    Happy with JVC 43in Roku TV
    Was in the market for a new TV for the bedroom to replace my old Plasma TV. Came across this 43in. JVC Roku brand with decent specs. Shipping was fast but when delivered, noticed some dings in the box which immediately had me second guessing that the TV might had suffered damage. Because really who wants to drag the TV back to Walmart to do a return? Upon poening and thourughly looking over the TV, I could not see any damage. So I proceeded to unpack and plug it in. WOW! what a great picture I said to myself. Reviews stated the speakers were of low end. But after going through and adjusting settings, I am very happy with picture and sound. The remote is very basis, but does some convenient features like a sleep timer which I use. The TV is pretty quick going through the apps. I use a fire stick , and it still performs well when using. For the price I am very happy with picture and sound of this brand a model. I can not testify on the longevity since its only been a couple weeks of ownership as of writing this review and will update in the future.

    Unbelievable low price 4k tv with Roku built in. I'm an old JVC repeat customer and the price for this is just icing on the cake. Bought to replace a 32" 1080p bedroom tv (Sharp Aquos some years old). This is a smart tv with three HDMI connections, ARC on one of them. If you're a fan or user of Roku you'll love that it is native on this TV. I knocked off the 5th star for "tinny" sound, may want to utilize a small 5.1 or bettter entertainment center for that issue (I did). Great bargain TV.

    Didn’t even last a year!
    Broke already and hasn’t even been a year yet. Purchased February 24th last year. 1st Aline appeared in the middle of the screen after a few months in. Wasn’t sure what to do because i purchased it on the Walmart app and didn’t keep the box either. But was like oh well it’s a thin line, at least it still works. Could be worse. Well 2 days ago go to turn on the tv and the sound is playing but the screen is black. From what I’ve read this is a common issue with this particular tv. I think it should have a year warranty but I’m not sure how to follow up on that. I wouldn’t recommend this tv because how quickly it broke. I will say it had a great picture and I loved it right until I didn’t because it hasn’t even lasted a year

    Don't Buy This TV!! Black Screen After 2 months!!
    I've only had this TV since July 14th, 2020 and we woke up September 18th my son birthday the person the TV was purchased for and the television screen was completely BLACK!! I don't understand the quality of this TV. I would like my money back so I can buy another brand. This is crazy only having this TV for 2 months. I ordered it online and now I'm getting the run around to what has to happen next. 3 to 5 business days this is crazy!! Very Unhappy and I will not ever purchase a jvc product again!!

    I love shopping at Walmart
    I'm rating this item as 4 stars because I've ordered 2 the first one arrived on time and everything was good condition but the second one was damaged it was like some took a nife and stabed it right in the middle of the box and I set the TV up it was damaged right where the hole in the box was...but lucky walmart its good on there return policy because that would have been money down the drain for me

    Awesome television with incredible picture
    I purchased this tv for our bedroom. What a great picture on this tv and the set up was very user friendly. There are more free movies than I could watch in my lifetime! I would highly recommend this tv to anyone without hesitation!
