Great bang for your buck!
This JVC is a budget friendly 4K non smart TV. If you're looking for a TV without all the bells and whistles but still want it to be 4K. Then this is the TV for you. Also for anyone's information, the TV works fine with the Amazon products inclusive of the Firesticks. I've tested the 4K Firestick myself and works just fine with CEC controls. I read a review that stated otherwise and that is not true. So don't be alarmed as I was, you can rest assured you will be all good. Don't hesitate, just get it!

Great for random white noise
After finally getting it two weeks late due to first one lost in transit, then replacement never got ordered finally got the tv and after 1 week a see what the reviews were talking about. At random times the tv speakers just play white noise, like when you turn the old tv to a Chanel you didnt get and got nothing but static. Image still plays but you arent going to hear anything but the static for how ever long it decides to play. Only happened twice so hoping it goes away, after all the trouble it took to get it not about to try get another replacement. If it keeps it up will just mute the sound and use it for video games with subtitles lol.

    Worth every penny!
I'm not one to usually write reviews, but in this case I'll make an exception. This JVC 4K television has surprisingly exceeded my expectations for what a $220 can do. Now, will this ever be confused for a $700 UHD HDR 4k? No! But that's to be expected. In my case, I wanted a tv for the main room of our seasonal family cabin so that the kids could enjoy some tv or games on those rainy days. This does that job perfectly. The colors are vibrant, but you will need a soundbar because the built in speakers aren't exactly up to par. There is an issue with my 4k firestick recognizing this tv on its remote, but oddly enough the JVC remote will control the firestick. If you get a chance to snag this tv in the $200-$250 range, do it. The pros definitely outweigh any cons.

I'm just in love with my new JVC TV .
I recently purchased a 50" JVC television. When I started looking for a new TV for my livingroom. I shopped around and found that the JVC TV has a really great audio system. It also has a beautiful picture. I'm glad I chose the 50" because that size is just right for us.

    Best Value 4K TV
Great value. Ease of setup, great vibrant colors, great sound, built in digital tuner allowing you to use a $9 UHF antenna to view local channels ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, etc.

    You cant go wrong!
My old 43 inch JVC has started having issues. I like the brand and decided to go with a new 50 inch 4K JVC. I have a satellite receiver with mostly HD all digital channels. Picture is bright and sharp. Color saturation is good. Black looks black and whites are bright white, not off white. Connections include 3 HDMI, 1 cable/antenna/coax, 1USB and 1 YPbPr video in.
