Deployed boyfriends favorite snack
I buy these for my boyfriend and most recently included them in his care package overseas. If Kelloggs would ever be willing to donate to his unit overseas, it would be greatly appreciated!

What Happened?
I purchased some strawberry frosted Pop Tarts the other day after craving them for weeks. I was so disappointed to find that they are so much thinner than they used to be. In fact one crumbled in my hand as I removed it from the toaster. It seems they made the pop tarts smaller and thinner but the price certainly did not go down. So sad. I miss the old pop tarts which you could toast and enjoy with a glass of milk. These pop tarts disintegrate.

    Shrinkflation BIG TIME
    Opened a box today and almost fainted… they are about and inch or so shorter than the wrapper now! Big box, big wrapping and these tiny little tarts with barely any icing or filling and cost nearly double!!!

    Usually I don't complain but poor quality.
    I have been purchasing these for a while. My kids will eat them sometimes. They need to have more frosting on them for the kids to even eat. I have seen many responses on here about that issue. I will provide a photo to prove that the quality and lack of frosting exists. I may be looking for an alternative. Let's go Kellogs, prove that your quality is worth it to continue to purchase. I know you can do better. Also, is there a quality site you can just get to for complaints? If there is, you should have it located somewhere easy to access.

    Not like I remember.
    These pastries are great, don't get me wrong. I love the strawberry filling and it tastes great when I put it in the toaster for a minute or so. However, the frosting is lacking on the pop tart. I remember when I was younger there was a good amount of frosting on the pop tarts that would reach the near edge of the bread. But today, it was as if the frosting was just thrown on the tart and only about 2/3 of the top of the pastry was really covered. It tastes good, but I would prefer more frosting on the top..

    More Frosting People!! Add More Frosting!!
    I've always loved frosted strawberry pop tarts,but there is way too much crust that isn't covered with frosting. I mean who likes plain flavorless dough?! I always have to tear the edges off & by the time I do that I'm only left with like 2 maybe 3 bites! A year or so ago I remember seeing advertisements on tv saying that pop tarts now have more icing,& they did (for a short while) so for a few months the entire top of the pop tart was covered with icing & I could eat the entire thing without having to throw any of it away & now they're right back to not having enough icing again, just like before!

    Still tasty, just need more filling less crust
    I love both the Blue Berry and Strawberry Frosted pop tarts. The only change I've noticed lately has been more crust and moderate filling. Personally, it would be nice to see the filling and frosting with crystal sprinkles just a little more.

    Never thought I'd love them at 54 years of age!
    When I saw the Pop Tarts come in on our home grocery delivery order, I shot my husband a look. Pop Tarts, I thought, really? At our age. He said he had not had them in years and wanted to try them again. So I put them away and didn't think about it. A week later, I was running late for work and looked in the cabinet. There were the Pop Tarts - Frosted Strawberry. So I thought, why not? I'm in a hurry, I'll toast one up. Well, lucky for me I was just looking for one, because that's all that was left. When I took my first bite, I was pleasantly surprised. Sweet, but not too sweet. Great strawberry flavor. Toasted was the way to go. Why did I never eat these as a child? Anyway, I'm a new fan - my husband continues to be a fan - and Pop Tarts are now on our regular grocery delivery order.

    poptarts are great!
    I love poptarts, but it appears that in the past few years, Kellogg's has added more crust, less filling and less frosting to poptarts. I do not like the crust and am not happy when they add more crust

    All-American Pop-Tart flavor Frosted Strawberry
    Who knew Frosted Strawberry Pop-Tarts would stir childhood memories of the 70's? Pop these in a toaster and within a minute or so the smells wafting through the kitchen take me back to yesteryear... Saturday morning cartoons with my brother; both of us savoring every delicious bite of our frosted Strawberry Pop Tarts together. Of course, we wouldn't eat the edges. Just the 'good stuff' in the middle for us!
