Great Vacuum Cleaner!
It is lighter weight and far easier to move around than an upright which hurts my back to push. The vacuum has powerful suction. I particularly like the motorized carpet tool because it picks up everything and is easy to maneuver in and around furniture.

Disappointed
Right out of the box the the power to the brush head had a bad connection. They designed it with pins that did not make great contact causing the attachments failing to operate. I'm sure mine was just an isolated incident but QC definitely did not do its job. The seller was very fast to respond so I give them 5 stars emailed me back with in hours!!!!!

    Seems like a very capable machine
    The only thing I disliked so far is that it is much bigger and heavier than my old one which self-destructed. That's not a legit complaint, however. The thing seems to have plenty of vacuum and a plethora of attachments. I may be able to discontinue use of my old Hoover upright circa 1966.

    Kenmore BC4026 Pet Friendly Pop-N-Go Vacuum
    We have always had excellent luck with Kenmore vacuums; the BC4026 has excellent suction and a good set of tools. The vacuum bags are easy to find online and very convenient to use. This vacuum was easy to put together in about 20 minutes and started up flawlessly right out-of-the box. It arrived right at our door in perfect condition; we give it a five star rating.

    Works great. Really good suction. There is no smaller hose on the handle to vacuum with for small things in corners etc. The accessories for corners and smaller things have no smaller, hard, piece of hose (wand) to connect to. There is no accessory available for this vacuum (to buy) with a small piece of hose extension. Other attachments will not fit on this vacuum either, too small for hole. The rod extends but does not come apart. When you disconnect from the carpet head to vacuum a corner you usually attach an accessory to a small hard hose,or rod, attached to the handle. This has just the handle and a bigger hole. Only downfall I've found.

    Phenomenal vacuum that sucks great!
    Sucks great!!!!! Literally a fantastic vacuum!!! I changed the style I used so it was a little scary at first as it is a canister style, but I am happy to share that it is actually better than my old vacuum. It has fantastic suction, is lighter because I am not moving the entire machine back and forth and only the arm and dragging the machine to local area. I have all the attachments I need for doing dusting and crevices. I do not have a need for the pet attachment, but am sure it will be excellent on my stairs. The lack of dust from the vacuum is an extra added bonus as the hepa filters work really well and I am thinking my kiddo with allergies will even be able to use. I am glad I made the investment and that a good friend recommended this model also!

    adapter for main floor brush is flimsy
    The rotating adapter that that is part of main floor brush is flimsy. I took it out of box, plugged it in and tested it and then tossed the wand with floor brush onto the couch and it lightly struck the wall. The adapter popped apart. I spent 15 minutes trying to put the two pieces together but could not (I think someone with stronger non-arthritic hands might be able to, but I'm sure my wife could not). I could foresee nothing but trouble, so I m going to return it. I cannot imagine why the developer would allow this design to be used. Really poor testing. Hoping I can find a lightly used one with the old design.

    Great Suction Vacuum but Harder to Maneuver!
    This vacuum is heavy and not easy to maneuver, the wand and hose are stiff and awkward. The wand also won't stand up (just like one of the reviews here said) and too big and too heavy to left it up to clean higher surfaces (like a ceiling fan). However, the suction is supreme! it doesn't blow dirt back in the air at all, it also glides easily on any carpet and rugs. I still gave it a 5 stars despite the terribly designed wand and heavy body because of the great suction. So overall I still recommend this vacuum.

    It sucks.
    It sucks. Really, it sucks. It's a vacuum, it's supposed to suck! Lol We have a dog and it works great sucking up dog hair and regular dirt on carpet and tile. Nice design.
