Disappointed in less than a year.
Vacuum was purchased online July 28, 2020. Worked great. Now my the brushes on my "agitator" are worn to nubs. Cannot find a replacement anywhere. Not at Sears. Not at Walmart. Not at different vacuum cleaner stores. Nowhere. Now I have a vacuum that doesn't vacuum well. Walmart will not refund me. I do not recommend the purchase of this vacuum because some parts are no longer available and you cannot count on the vacuum not breaking or wearing out.

    The worst vacuum I have ever bought or used, which is a remarkable achievement considering that my experience spans continents and half a century: the competition for the bottom was tough. It looks ugly (like a sci-fi parody) and heavy and expensive. But the real issue issue is ergonomics: it has a ridiculously short hose. If you take a step or try to reach over an item with the suction tools it either rolls on your toes or (more likely) tips and falls on your leg. Regularly. Like twice a minute. Did I mention it is heavy? And expensive? Suction power is good and so far it is reliable (which is not necessarily good news, as I would be happy to throw it out).

    The VERY BEST
    Awesome and so much better than other brands out there. Have purchased, tried and returned other brand vacuums-which felt more like toys than a real cleaner. This one is a REAL vacuum cleaner with real power and self propels. Does a great job even on heavy, bumpy Berber carpet. I love it!

    A quality vacuum.
    It is a very good vacuum. Good on any carpet especially the new one. I would have liked to have the extension on the hose attached instead of putting it on each time.

    No more sneezing
    This vacuum has granted me more time with my niece. She is allergic to pet hair and in the past, and within 20 minutes of entering my home, would start sneezing and rubbing her eyes. After using this vacuum, she can hang out at my house ALL DAY!
