Pay attention to how you pack
They put 7 cases in one box (way to heavy) and the bottom fell out of the box they sent it in. Luckily no jars were broken outright but who knows about cracks and fractures.

    Name brand, good price, 1 jar broken
    It has been hard to find canning jars at a reasonable price. I ordered 8 dozen. Only one jar was broken upon delivery.

    Kerr Canning Jars
    I prefer these canning jars over all others because they are shaped a little differently. Just a slight 'squaring' of the sides makes them set side by side more compactly. I also like the fact they are smooth on three sides so they are easy to label and see through. When given a choice, I always buy Kerr canning jars. Also, the price was very good!

    Great bargain
    I bought 3 cases of these for craft projects so can not speak of how well they would hold up for canning. Cheapest jars I've found anywhere and would definitely buy them from WalMart as opposed to another store!

    Kerr products have never let me down. Well one jar one time out of a hundred. The lid crikled during canning process, don't know why. Other than that never had a problem with Kerr products. Walmart is selling these jars at a very good value as compared to anyone else in this area. They just can not keep them in stock at the store during canning season

    perfect for wedding
    I bought two of the mason jar sets to be used as table decorations at my wedding reception; two per table. The wide mouth opening makes it easy to set the sand, seashells, and candles inside. When they arrived, they were securely packaged with plenty of sealed air bags. After the wedding, I plan to use them in the kitchen, bathroom, garage, etc.
