Works great
I really like the machine so far. I've had it only for about a week but so far so good. I was confused at first in how to get it going but you have to push the on button then wait for it to warm up. The light will turn off when it's hot and the lights on the cup size preference light up. You then put your pod in then push the size u want. I noticed the medium seems kind of small so I do the large. I really enjoy it though. It's easy for my coffee and teas. It states to unplug when not using but I just push the off button when not in use.

    Love at first sight!

    Wow, Couldn't Be Happier!
    My first time using this type of coffee maker, and am I happy! It makes delicious coffee, is easy to program and operate, and it is very attractive on the kitchen counter. It comes securely packaged with a user manual that is easy to understand and set up, and very reasonably priced for the excellent quality. You have a choice of three different cup size servings: small, medium, and large. Great products, and I highly recommend!

    3rd one same make & style
    This is my 3rd one in about 7 years. Same style make and model. Wanted to stick with the same. Loved the other two but this one is more noisy. In fact very noisy. Not sure how long I will keep it. Sounds like it's about to die.

    don't understand
    The K-Kup holder bottom was not fully open to the discharge area. The water/coffee backed up and ran out the water inlet and down the sides. It appears to have been manufactured this way. Fortunately, I have the holder from my last maker and installed that. The K-Kup is a Green Mountain Keurig Kup.

    So so for cost
    Received ad a gift to replace my Keurig of 5-years old unit that the bottom pin needle broke last month. This new one is 3-steps below that unit. Things it doesn't have; time and auto on off. Large cup on new unit seems to be less than 12 oz. Smaller water reservoir to be filled twice as often. LED lights are BLINDING to bright No backlit reading so underneath the kitchen cabinet you can't read lettering unless you have a top light on.

    Husband Said Order Another Keurig
    Our original Keurig finally died, we pulled out our old coffee maker. One cup was all it took for my husband to say, “Okay, go ahead and order another Keurig.” I let him choose the color and we are pleased to be able to have our tasty hot drinks each morning.

    Perfect coffee every time!
    This was a replacement for our first Keurig Classic which served us faithfully for about ten years. We did not need all the bells and whistles on the newer models, so we replaced “Old Faithful” with the same model. Like its predecessor, it is making wonderful coffee every time! We are very satisfied!
