Love the machine but Hate the Froth Cup
When the Rivo first came out I was on board. In fact, I bought two. One for our house and one for our daughters. It worked very well at first and then I noticed the numbers on the cup wore off and Immediately after that the stem inside broke. I have been through two of these now and the steaming tube broke again. Makes me mad that this part of the Rivo isn't designed to last. This is it. When this part breaks all the way. I'm done.

    I bought my Rivo from Bed Bath and Beyond about two, maybe three months ago. I love it. I can make an iced caramel machiotto at homenow that rivals the one I get at starbucks. The only problem I have is that Im on my third machine. The first one died two to three weeks in. I then waited two weeks for a replacement. That lasted about two more weeks. I got that replacement in two days. Each time it broke down there was a different reason. Both of which could not be troubleshot. So its been an odd relationship.... Me and my Rivo. I equally love and hate it. I still gave it four stars because Keurig has responded to my calls for assistance quickly, efficiently, and without grief. When it is working, it works as well as I can imagine any home espresso machine ever working.

    Love this espresso machine!
    We purchased our first Rivo in December of 2015, and really loved the quality of the product and the how easy it is to use. The frothing cup is great and works really well! When I machine stopped working I contact your customer service and they sent out a replacement machine with in a week! Along with a quality product we are also pleased with the level of service we received from Kuerig's customer service! One very happy customer! Thanks!

    We love the Lavazza machine. Customer service was a great help and I had my machine ready to go next day... from espresso to lattes they always come out like I'm a pro.. love it don't want another kind

    I want to love this machine
    I was so excited when I bought this machine, but I've had some struggles with it. The foaming feature did not work well. I had to push the foaming cup in and out sometimes more than 20 times to get it yo work. Keurig sent me another cup, but it didn't work any differently. Then they generously sent me s new machine. It turned out to be worse than first machine. In addition, now it's only warming up the milk instead of foaming. I'm now waiting for my third machine, hoping and praying it works better. I considered that the problem could be me, but it just shouldn't be that difficult to push the foaming cup in - once or maybe twice - and then push a bottom to start the foaming. I think Keurig is a great company and I really want this machine to work so I can tell all my friends.

    need refillable coffee pods-brews only small amoun
    You have to buy coffee from Keurig to use in their machines.. I would like to buy coffee where I want to. Their coffee is kind of expensive but excellent in taste. If you want a larger cup, you have to use two pods. All other expresso machine have diferent size coffee pod containers. The milk frother is quick and efficient. Drip tray fills up after three or four cups. Don't know if this is a malfunction or not.

    Makes amazing Specialty coffees
    I love that the product makes amazing specialty drinks like cappuccino and lattes. However I was disappointed that it doesn't do the regular coffee pods as well. So I now have two Keurig's sitting on my counter. I have regular coffee throughout the week before work and the specialties on the weekends and when I have company over. So I guess what I am saying is it would hold more value if it did both.
