Greatest little air condition !!
It works wonderfully. We have it in our dog porch and it will get freezing cold at 70 degrees, we have some happy doggies. Now we're waiting to see how warm it keeps the room in the winter. But great expectations. The box did say made in China but the description said made in the USA.

    So far so good
    The unit works wonderfully. The reason it gets 4 stars is for the noise. Compressor makes the wall resonate when it kicks in and the fan could be quieter without diminishing the air flow. Otherwise it seems to be a good unit so far (I've had it 2 months).

    So far I'm very pleased with it. I have it in the living room. Open living and kitchen. Keeps both rooms nice and cold, I recommend this air conditioner for a room up to 600 sq. feet.

    we like the AC unit but the UPS driver just dropped it off no door bell or knock I'm 75 not able to lift it so had to drag it into the house

    Very disappointed
    I bought this unit to replace one that I have had for around 20 years. This unit heats and cools good, but it shuts off and on every few minutes. I wish it would just stay on continually. It runs for 6-7 minutes then shuts off. Within a minute it comes back on. This time it stays on for a minute or two then shuts off again. It is very loud and very annoying. If I would have known it was going to be like this, I would not have bought it.

    When you buy this unit, you will need to have an electrician come out to install a dedicated line with a 220v adapter because you will end up blowing a fuse if you don't. The unit is a little loud; however, it keeps my entire downstairs area very warm
