I really wanted to like this yellow cake mix, as the chocolate version of brand is delicious!! First, the cake is not yellow. It looks more like a spice cake after its baked, so if you want that yellow color, i would add some yellow food coloring. Second, it has a weird chemical after taste. I tasted the raw batter and the cooked cake both to verify. The GF pillsbury yellow cake mix Or the GF great value cake mix are a better buy and taste more authentic.

    Great cake!
    The cake was delicious and I will buy the mix and bake it again! I was concerned from the picture on the box that the texture might be less than desirable, but was very pleased that, when the cake was made, it had a fine light texture along with great flavor!

    A Very Good Gluten-Free Cake Mix
    I was making gluten-free cakes by substituting 1:1 gluten-free flour. The best I can say is at least they didn't taste "bad." Then I was at a family gathering and a cousin or other brought a gluten-free cake and it tasted very good! I asked her and this is the cake she had make. Since then I only make my gluten-free cakes using Krusteaz cake mixes. The last couple of times it didn't seem to be quite as good as I remembered, but still a lot better than mine.
