How to fix the colors on the tv
The colors out of the box aren't great but thats to be expected and can be fixed with the photos included so you don't have to spend hours to make it look perfect also I could only add 2 photos so turn off everything in picture options and leave black level on auto and change the aspect ratio setting to original other that the tv is fantastic highly recommend

Don't order online. screen arrived cracked too
Don't order it online. Screen arrived cracked like so many other reviewers experienced. I wanted to try my luck even after reading so many reviews about cracked/shattered screen. I'm not one of the lucky ones.
My TV has three dents/cracks along the bottom of the screen. Maybe LG can think of a better way of packaging that is suited for the brutal trip of FedEx delivery. Maybe Walmart should find a better delivery partner.

We just opened it about 10 months later (2 days ago Oct 12th 2022) as we were remodeling the area ourselves and just finished up. We purchased the "Protection Plan" but the screen was smashed at the top when we opened it. Still in the styrofoam packing, still with the screen protection, still with silver protective sheeting. Contacted Walmart local store - no help, contacted Walmart.com - no help, contacted the "Protection Plan" through Allstate - no help, directed us to LG, contacted them - no help. Guess we are eating $600 tax useless "Protection Plan", lesson learned staying away from Walmart electronics.MS

I bought to resell because the price was low and it was not mentioned that the screen is broken and missing a stand. Too good to be true, as it was listed as new, not even refurbished. My first big TV and also first time a TV from Walmart, and this is what I get? Cost of almost $320 to the moon. Walmart how can we fix this. I just opened it yesterday when someone came to buy it and I thought I was dreaming a bad dream when I saw the screen. Th box does not show a sign of rough handling, it looks like a defective tv had been repacked and sent to me.Earl

I will attach pictures. would not recommend. i would have liked to changed it for another tv or get a refund but i threw away all the packaging. regret this purchase not happy. This tv is huge, but so worth every penny I spent on it. Looks really good on my wall mount. LG really did a good job in giving consumers a great television at an amazing price.
