Perfect TV for my Family Room
What a joy to have such a beautiful picture! Love my new 86 inch TV! Highly recommend for anyone! Just waiting on my installer and mounting will be done!

Worst experience
I previously owned a 55” LG with which I was extremely satisfied, so I thought a 75” would be even a greater experience. WRONG! Bought this 75” for Christmas self gift, major mistake. None of the apps would load, the “terms and conditions “ wasn't even available to load. Downloaded the user's manual, followed all of the troubleshooting yet still after resetting the TV twice no immediate changes. Over a week period some apps started showing up. Too late for a Christmas git. Called the LG support after giving up on my own, just to get walked through the same process I had already done which set me back to no app would load. Got a work order, tech came by, just to say nothing wrong with tv but my cable box was the issue! That it was more the 3 yrs old!. He left. First of all what the cable box provide is simply the main tv channels. No issues there. The apps don't get loaded from my cable box, rather a separate wi-fi, network box. The apps came from LG content store or apps store. Enough. See pictures with all LG notifications

    Mediocre at best
    TV arrived via truck - I was excited because it took almost 2 weeks to be delivered. Setup and assembly took almost 2 hours (including the LG sound system). Then I was able to actual view a picture on the TV, and was greeted with a big (dinner plate sized) defect in the screen - this was not shipping damage because the carton showed no damage. This means this defect was shipped from the factory. Although the photo looks bad, in reality you can only see this defect about 20% of the time while watching a real TV show (only is visible with a bright background), but this is a brand new TV. After all that setup effort I decided it wasn't worth sending it back and having to engage in another setup process, although I would expect the second try would take less time. The LG remote and "smart screen" are ok, but not great - for instance the remote turns on the LG sound bar when you turn on the TV, but it does not turn it off, meaning you still need two remotes. I had high hopes (looked good in the store) for LG, but clearly they did not deliver.

    Great features and easy use
    This is my first LG TV and I am very pleased with the picture quality and the available features that makes it easy to maneuver. The remote performs all required functions that would normally be completed by using your cable remote. The large picture is very clear. The overall quality of the set is great. I am happy with my selection.

    Nano nano
    A new year, a new view! After exhaustive research and my preference for LG tvs, I purchased a 65” nanocell. it's direct lit, meaning it's led lit from behind and across bs a edge lit screen. Brighter, crisper image. Colors are fantastic, true-to-life. I'm a photographer by profession and I definitely see this as a fantastic addition to my families entertainment options.

    Best tv ever!
    I'm not normally a Black Friday shopper, but I couldn't pass up the chance to upgrade my television to a 65” screen. I saw various brands at cheaper prices. I googled those brands and mostly said for the “price” they're good televisions with occasional issues. Then I saw the LG tv. Not only did it have the screen size I wanted but had all the features too!! The brand had amazing reviews too and the cost couldn't be beat. I've never been happier with a purchase. Thank you!

    Great Smart TV
    We've had this for about a month and it's worked great. Very easy setup and installation. It's easy to add streaming apps and we haven't had any issues so far. The pictures is very clear and sound is good - we will probably buy a sound bar in the future but it's not a necessity.

    Great picture, but
    Only had this a month & love the picture. My only faults are with the remote control & UI. The buttons on the remote are so flat, that when I'm watching in a dark room, even the volume button can be mistaken for another. I think they need to be raised just a bit more. As for the layout, if I go to the app list & choose LG Channels, there's no TV guide, but if I go through the dashboard, then the guide is available. Also, Orange is not a good color & needs an option to change it.
