Great pictures and color
I'm a LG girl for 10 years. This my second LG tv. I still have my first as it works great and never had a problem with it. I'd been admiring my new set for many years. The color and picture are awesome. It's when you stand back in the store and look at all the different brands and one picture really stands out, that this tv. The picture on the display tv looks like you could touch it. I have a small house and the sound is theater quality. I had made myself a promise not to buy it til something went wrong with my set and after 10 years I now have 2 sets in my living room. This wasn't an impulse purchase as I knew this was my tv but they changed the profile. They put those plastic legs on that will NOT work for me. I had to have the center stand as I didn't want a wall mount. I'm 69 years old and didn't want to hire people to set up. It was a huge upgrade from a 50 to a 65inch. Nobody thought it would fit but I had done my homework and it fits beautifully, looks like it was made for me. It's movie theater quality sound and color. Also I noticed I can read the small writing on the bottom of the news channel now! I love it and hope it gives me the same service as my old lg.

    Great features
    I bought this because I wanted a bigger TV and it better than I expected it has everything and a awesome picture and no problems with it at all! So when I am ready to get even a large TV I will definitely be buying a new LG

    The price was right, but we got what we paid for.
    We bought this item to replace a 10 year old 55" Vizio that was loosing it's HDMI ports. Our main reason for purchasing it was that the prices was attractive. While we are not dissatisfied, we do not see/hear any advantages over our old Vizio (except that the HDMI ports work).

    Worst Experience for delivery and return scheduled
    I purchased the part on June 23rd, it was delivered to me on 30th. I got the part broken and scheduled the replacement same day. It was picked up on July 2nd and still waiting to return to one of the centre. Unless the return is completed, I won't get my replacement in place. Worst experience so far of daily tracking the part and nothing moves. I'm not sure now if I will get my replacement even by end of this month which would be 50 days of order delivery.

    Best value high end TV
    A poor man's OLED. Best value for a near OLED TV. Amazing 4K picture quality. At this price, 1 to 2 hundreds more than a low end LED TV, I highly recommend it. I love the remote with a point-and-click feature. Issue I have 1) the default HDR picture is too dark, 2) LG App store does not have the popular apps like ESPN, CNN, MSNBC, etc.

    LCD panel has to be replaced after 4 months.
    I bought it in November 2020, and the LCD panel has to be replaced after 4 months (luckily still under warranty. LG was very quick in scheduling a repair. The repair was done by Mid Valley TV & Electronics in West Toluca Lake CA, which did a great job.

    Excellent tv
    This is my second 65 inch LG tv, I have a 2018 version and it has been an excellent tv. I decided to get this model for my girlfriend for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. The picture is very vibrant and bright. Having Airplay built in is a huge feature for us along with all the smart tv functionality. The LG magic remote is my favorite design and functionality for a remote, the only feature I would like to see on the remote would be a backlight. This tv offers a lot for the money and has an excellent picture.

    LG products have never disappointed. Technology is always on the front line. This product has brought my out of production movies to life. The screen is even with color maxing the images in ways I had not seen. I would wear a LG blazer if I could. Very happy to have upgraded to the LG NanoCell
