Unbelievable Picture!
This is without a doubt the best TV that I have ever owned! I was only replacing a LED tv that was a little over a year old with what I thought was all the bells and whistles, but it doesn't compare to the quality of an OLED TV. The problem I've had in the past is figuring out the perfect calibration for a new TV, but this LG TV came with a couple of perfect picture modes right out of the box depending on what type of content you are watching. Following the super easy setup and installation not having to mess around for hours on perfecting the picture was a blessing. The remote is easy to use and was able to connect to my existing sound system and control my Fire Stick. We are currently using the Fire Stick for most watching, but using the built in apps work just as easily. There's even a cool feature that allows you to pick your favorite sports teams and get score updates as you wish that pop up in the corner. Just one of many cool features and apps available. Another part of this TV that just can't go unmentioned is the overall style and look of the TV. It was super thin bezels and of course it's about as thin as you could imagine. Only thing I wish was different is where I have it set up so you can fully appreciate how thin it is. Back to the quality of the picture I have to mention how good it does in both dark and light scenes. I've had problems with blooming and banding on other TVs, but none of those problems exist on this set. The OLED pixels allow the picture to get pitch black in dark scenes while still keeping the contrast and see all the details in the scene. Nothing gets lost. In all, I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone who is looking for the perfect set for any type of viewing. Can't be beat.

6 months, blown panel
Started using this tv in May of this year and within 6 months a nice black line burned right down the screen. This is not our primary tv so it has very few hours on it and for the price of it, I could not be more disappointed. I would strongly encourage taking out an extended warranty if you choose this brand because LG covers it for 1 year.

    Awesome TV
After reading the reviews on consumer review, a friend recommended it. This is the tv you want. I have the 65" it is so nice to see the true blacks again. It reminds me of my old plasma tv. Only had it for a month or so, Really glad I picked this model

    Overall mostly good/great except...
Overall it is a very good tv snappy interface, great colors, and pretty uniform overall. But the near-black gradient handling in any content or format is nowhere near as good as the C9 is that I also own. Also during HDR content in dark scenes this tv tends to overcompensate and gradually darken to near-unwatchable levels. I have a couple of photos showing the difference in near black quality between my c9 and cx.

Best monitor I've ever had for pc use but not perf
I've had a great experience but I've had multiple issues with oled banding and permanent lines across the screen and it's not worth getting it fixed because it's out of warranty now but before that happened the panel was perfect and mind you I have over 3000 hours on this monitor/screen so that has something to do with it

    Fantastic picture!
I had been eying OLED TVs after I was wowed by their picture at the stores, but the picture is even better than that at home. There is no comparison with the picture from my older LCD TV. I was able to easily mount the TV on the wall, and it looks great. My only minor caveat is that the remote control is not intuitive at first, and it does not light up for use in the dark. However, that minor annoyance pales in light of the great picture!

    Best Tv I've ever owned
I bought this tv about a year ago and for approximately one year I have been a much happier person. I've never experienced quality like this and I refer this tv to everyone constantly

    Great color and great buy
I bought this tv before Christmas even though it was a 2020 year model. After checking out several other brands of tv's plus current model LG tv's this tv I feel was the best bang for the dollar. Only had the tv for less than a month we are very happy

    Great Television just one issue!?
I've owned this TV for a little over a year. It is great, the features are awesome the picture quality is best in class, the sound is surprisingly great...love that it has at least 4 HDMI ports that support my different gaming consoles with 4k@120Hz which is awesome. The only issue I have is right after my warrant is up..(just seems to be a coincidence) but my TV did a pixel refresher overnight and I didn't notice right off but maybe a few days later that some of my pixels were smeared or something on the top of my screen the most and just a little on the bottom. I tried to do another manual pixel refresher to see if that would clear up the issue but that didn't work. I ended up just living with what going on due to the pandemic and it getting hard to get certain services done...etc. Don't get me wrong I think LG makes great products I'm just disappointed that my screen didn't last long without these little imperfections popping up...I can still watch TV and play my games but from time to time just noticing those little imperfections after paying so much for this TV just doesn't set well with me. I was hoping it would eventually correct itself but that's wishful thinking.

    Beautiful Picture
We bought this in March, and were initially very happy with it. Unfortunately, it developed a defect in May. LG arranged for a repair service to come and replace a part. Fine until October when it failed in the same way. I'm awaiting a panel replacement now. I'm happy with LG's response to this but concerned about the product itself.

    Best tv I've ever owned!
It's been just about a year now that I purchased my 65” LGCX and I'm just as happy today as the day I purchased it. The clarity is incredible, it's amazing for gaming (ps5) and have had zero issues. The only small downside is I wish that some cable looked a little more crisp on it but don't think that's the tv as much as it is how content is shot and then relayed. I'm an OLED lifer now and will only be upgrading newer sets from here on out.
