Great TV - Terrible Delivery
The TV is great. Its the FedEx delivery thats bad. Ordered the TV from Walmart online because its only an online option. First delivery I noticed the box was very damaged. Opened it and the screen was clearly cracked. So I returned it and ordered another one of the same tv. Second delivery box was slightly damaged. I didn't notice it was broken until I had it out of the box. Needless to say the return process was very easy.

bad tv picture quality. had a weird 3d effect.
was very disappointed at the television. it somehow has a 3d effect to it. not all of the tv is on. it looks like whatever is displayed is floating and you can see thru to the tv to the boarder. I will attach pictures. would not recommend. i would have liked to changed it for another tv or get a refund but i threw away all the packaging. regret this purchase not happy. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

    i have always purchase a Samsung or Sony tv. So i took a risk to buy an LG tv, surprisingly i was impressed how good the LG tv came out. i love my new LG tv, it was worth the price

    Check the TV as soon as you purchase it for damage
    Purchased this television in December 2021 for delivery from walmart.com. We just opened it about 10 months later (2 days ago Oct 12th 2022) as we were remodeling the area ourselves and just finished up. We purchased the "Protection Plan" but the screen was smashed at the top when we opened it. Still in the styrofoam packing, still with the screen protection, still with silver protective sheeting. Contacted Walmart local store - no help, contacted Walmart.com - no help, contacted the "Protection Plan" through Allstate - no help, directed us to LG, contacted them - no help. Guess we are eating $600 tax useless "Protection Plan", lesson learned staying away from Walmart electronics.

    I picked this tv up at Walmart...I am enjoying this tv and it plays well with my firestick since I canceled my cable...This is a great television set...For the price I have a great television set....

    Disappointed
    Tv came in completely damaged. Had to return for a replacement. Hoping the replacement does not come in the same way. Idk where in the shipping process it is getting damaged but it needs better packaging and and better carriers. It arrived 6 days after the expected delivery date and we can't pick it up in store.

    Was excited to get the tv it was a good deal. I received it and the screen is shattered. Now I have to return it and obviously its a 65in so thats why I had it delivered.

    Phenomenal Buy!
    Awesome Television! Great video quality and did I mention it plays the PS4 Pro nicely. This tv is huge, but so worth every penny I spent on it. Looks really good on my wall mount. LG really did a good job in giving consumers a great television at an amazing price. I would buy another one if I had room for it.

    Beware electronics shipped by WalMart.
    This might be a great TV. Looked nice in the store. Too bad somewhere along the line the screen was smashed. Like, not even a little crack. Just spiderweb of uselessness.

    LG TV IS WORTHY OF PURCHASE
    This TV does exactly what it said it would, unlike the RCA brand I brought prior to this that stated you could stream but after I bought it there was no streaming available which made me buy this TV. Not only can you stream on this TV but you can do so with the remote on the bottom of the television viewing what you purchased - it's just a click away. TV is also lightweight and so easy to hook up with only one plug for HDMI and the power cord and you're in action! Picture quality is superior and the remote is easy to read with many functions. I love my purchase and I recommend it to anyone. I would definitely buy this again in a larger size if I need it.
