Incredible Viewing Experience.
We recently upgraded from a 6 year old 60' television to this new 65' LG Nanocell. We are so happy with our decision! The set up was so easy and the TV was ready to go in just a few minutes. It easily synced to our streaming device and we hooked it up to our internet for the fastest speed possible. The picture is wonderful. The colors are very vibrant with many modes to choose from to truly customize the viewing experience. The sound quality is impeccable. There is no reason to hook up our sound bar to this TV, it's that good. The sound can even be customized to what we are watching. My family watched the new Scoob! movie in cinema mode last Weekend and it was better than watching it at a theater. The magic remote is great and my kids love using it. It's completely interactive and has voice commands. The remote has shortcuts to Netflix and Prime video. It's so easy to point, click, and view my favorite shows. It easy connects with Alexa and I can also mirror my phone screen to view videos on a larger picture. I am so glad we purchased this TV. We cannot wait until we can watch live sports with the incredibly vivid picture.

great price poor delivery
Really hard to review a TV when it was delivered with the screen shattered all over the front of the box on the screen with a hole it that was taped over. The Walmart warehouse should never have sent this out. I cancelled i am going to pay more to have a retailer to white glove deliver it.

    True black!!
Third time's a charm! The first 2 were damaged but easily got replaced. So happy we kept at it. The display is beautiful, sharp and looks like you're on location, you can see every tiny pore. Our biggest pet peeve is blacks looking gray, splotchy, and outlined in red…this has the deepest, truest black I've ever seen on a TV. Cell pics don't do it justice. 10/10 will definitely recommend.

    Great picture.
I am very pleased with this high quality display. It has nice features like easy set up, point and click remote and alexia plus 4 HDMI inputs and more. This is my first LG purchase so I'm hopeful it will live up to its reputation.

    Definitely commands the room.
So, when my wife and I bought a new home, we were looking for a new TV in the family room. The family room isn't overly large but I wanted it to feel more like a theater versus just a regular room. This TV was just the right size. It's definitely massive but easy to hang. It looks gorgeous in our space and the picture is wonderful. We have been LG owners for the past five years in the TV space so we didn't have to learn much about the menus. My only issue that I have is that while it is great to have multiple apps running at the same time to make it easy to go back to another app, if you don't close previous apps then the picture will get choppy and you'll think it comes from the Internet. If they can fix that problem, then this will be a five star review.

Mixed opinion. I bought this as a replacement .
I love LG TV's User Interface. I went from a 65 inch OLED LG to this model. The previous screen is far more beautiful, but suffered burn in (normal TV use), but alas it had been 5 years since I bought it and nothing could be done. Overall, this TV is great. The dimming zones can be a little annoying/jarring at times, especially when watching shows with a lot of black. After seeing the huge price drop this TV has experienced since I bought it... makes me wish I had waited. I wish there were more HDMI ports. Most people buying these TV's are gamers or tech nerds (like me) who likely have more than a few devices plugged in. For example, I have 1. UHD Bluray player 2. Google Chromecast for Android Apps and HBO MAX 3. Nintendo Switch 4. My PC 5. Playstation 4 6. Xbox One 7. Nintendo Wii U 8. Vizio Smartcast Soundbar and Surround Sound I could keep going on, but I digress. Picture quality 8/10. I probably would go higher, but I take a point away for the dimming zones and a point because once you've had OLED it is hard to go back. At least I won't have to worry about Burn-In though. Sound quality 9/10. This TV has great sound, but I use a soundbar with HDMI/ARC, so I don't really use the different sound modes provided. Features 9/10 LG's App store, onboard apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and many more are all standard and work seamlessly. I love the remote and voice command functions. I haven't really used the onboard Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa, so I cannot give a fair review of those.
