I had a terrible experience my TV came broken, then the new one took so long to get shipped i cancelled it and just got a refund , which i still haven't got and am waiting on. I will not be using wal mart in the future

    Got mine shipped to me and finally got to unbox it and it was broken (possibly from shipping, the guy didn't seem to care and kinda just kept pushing and dropping it

    dont know if this is the shipping process as well as product or not but ill say this shipping was originally scheduled for September 8th then delayed until the 12th. it literally sat in North Lake IL for days upon days then all of a sudden it gets delivered to my house very unexpectedly as i would expect to travel to another city first before just arriving at my door like other things ive oerderd do. the item came on the 9th yes im happy it came early but a more accurate arrival would have been helpful considering the fact i live in a downtown area and crime is higher in cities and i had no idea this 700 dollar item was on my door step until later when i had time to check the walmart app. this review is getting 3 starts based on LG products are fine but walmart.com lacks

    Returning the TV. Screen damage issues.
    TV came in yesterday. Screen has damage. Not noticeable when turned off but became visible when we turn the TV on. It is not working and has to return. Hoping for a smooth return process.

    Service is great from LG representative Mar. He was very helpful useful and knowledgeable. The TV repair guy from mid Valley TV repair was phenomenal. He replaced the panel and the more purple line on my screen. Thank you for all your help. I had my 7 inch screen LG TV repair.

    I have a 65 inch LG. The picture is great but I wanted something bigger. I have My 75 inch LG for about a few months and I love it! It came in perfect condition. It was wrapped tight and arrived early. The picture is beautiful and the sound is great. I highly recommend this TV. For the money, you can't beat it.
