Had this phone for over a year and now i hate it. It sends texts half of the time and the other half of the time it takes forever. Can't send or receive media via text and battery life is poor. Keyboard goes away randomly while texting and is VERY annoying. Speaker quality is okay, but not exactly the best. I would not recommend this phone. LG could have done better

This my 4thvlg phone. When I tried other brands I don't find them as reliable as lg. I like the brand so much that my refrigerator is lg along with my stove. Rather pay a few note dollars and have the quality [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    Works as Expected
We purchased this phone for use in the UK. Although it has not been used yet for cell service it has been used with Facebook and other applications and works fine. I am wondering if the previous reviewer bought a used phone instead of a factory supplied one. The only issue I have had with it is sometimes having insufficient storage. But keep in mind that my everyday cell phone is a Samsung S8 that has much more storage. This phone cannot be fairly compared to one that is much more expensive. An unlocked phone makes it easy to insert nearly any SIM card while traveling in Europe. Hence the reason we bought this one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    Seems to meet my needs.
I've had this about a week now. I really don't need much from a phone and after I managed to break the screen on my last phone (samsung) which I had for 2 years I didn't feel the need to spend another few hundred bucks at tmobile for a replacement. This one seems to fit my needs, but I will say it is slower to open the few apps I use and I would say it's not a phone for a serious user. It most definitely is an entry level phone. I like that it can take a micro SD card and all I had to do was swap my Tmobile sim card over and only had a few set up steps (google stuff) It came with a heck of a less bloatware that the phones in the Tmobile store. Netflix works well on it, ring always home app is slow to start up and close down Text is very basic. Doesn't have the battery standby time of my samsung
