screen cracked
The tv arrived 8 days later than promised. The box looked ok, not great. When I tried to assemble it I noticed the screen was cracked. Getting it returned to Walmart was not easy.

    Great picture but lousy channel software.
    It's a very nice tv with excellent picture. The thing I don't like is the channel software for the internet channels is very difficult to navigate. And the favorite channels feature is almost impossible to figure out. Spent several days trying to figure out how to scroll through my favorite channels to no avail. And it's very difficult to get to the page to add a channel to favorites. The software issues and aggravation dealing with channels ruins the entire tv experience.

    Had for a month 2021 version
    Had this tv for about a month. Great picture and great sound. Tv is very thin and is heavy. We have it hung on the wall. We picked it up ourselves and brought home. Love the free LG channels also. Remote takes a little getting use to. Sometimes it lost its WiFi password but seem to have found way around that without having to reset each time. I do think the remote on screen settings could be a lot easier to find though. Happy with this purchase.
