Just what she needed
I got this for my mom as a gift and she absolutely loves it. It was very easy to pair and connect with her phone and even though she's not technologically savvy at all, she has no problem working these headphones. I'm glad I was able to find them at a great price during the Black Friday sales!! Totally satisfied...

I wouldn't even give this product a star but I can't go any lower. I know this was refurbished but the charging port doesn't work the magnets for the ear buds doesn't work and the wall charger and the charging port has a bunch of rust in it I will never order anything from them again there was nothing refurbished about that

    Don't buy
    This is the fourth pair we've bought from Sam's and they've all broken very shortly after buying. Don't waste your money.

    Tunnel sound
    I bought this for my daughter for Christmas but gave it to her early, when I speak with her on the phone, she sounds like she's in a tunnel and I am constantly saying "what"? I can't hear you. It's not good. I am going to have to return it.

    Not impressed
    Have been looking for a good set of Bluetooth headphones for a while. When these came on sale, I had to have a set. Should have saved my money. The wired headphones that came with my phone sound sooo much better. These are fine for listening to something a podcast, but the sound quality and base are very lacking for listening to music.

    The sound quality is good. The answer button has a two to three second delay. The audio is great the slide buttons work great. The cord holder are firm that way the cord stays in place where you put it.

    Earbuds and connection
    The magnetic earbud holders are too weak to keep earbuds in place when not in use and when activated the device has failed to to connect properly causing the caller to not hear responses through the device more often than not. This is very frustrating when using during driving as a "handsfree" device.

    Poor Sound Quality for calls and music
    Had sound issues for both calls and music. From a call perspective, sometimes I had trouble hearing the people I was talking to and sometimes they had difficulty hearing me. Volume for music was sometimes ok, but sometimes it was really low. There was no rhyme or reason the the issues. It would happen even if the unit was fully charged.

    Had the same model for a year, loved them. Riding bike on cool down removed my helmet and off they came and tangled in spokes! Had to replace asap. Still love them work perfect and seemlessly. I use with 3 different devises and never a hang up.
