Leapfrog tablet-Great Learning tool and experiment
Very easy for my 4 yr old granddaughter had never played this before. When she walked into the house she saw this game on the kitchen table. She easily loaded it in the game machine and she was off and playing this game with no questions. She loved it.

Bought two of these and they stopped charging after a couple months… will no longer hold a charge even after replacing the charger. Don't recommend, these tablets are defective

    Perfect
    Came in the next day, proper and official packaging, perfect condition. Bought the same one from Amazon prior and got a refund because they sold me a refurbished one that was all scratched up. If you're looking to buy, I'd recommend saving your time and buy here!

    Know before you buy
    Don't recommend for 2/3year old. Only good for playing games. You have to purchase almost every game. It advertises that you can download apps from the store but that does NOT include video apps like YouTube, Netflix or so on. Also, do not purchase it on the mobile app. If something happens they won't let you return it in store.

    Don't waste your money.
    Loved the concept of this, however within 3 months of purchasing with normal, non-excessive, gentle and supervised use, the Leapfrog started not holding a charge and we can unplug it and watch the battery percentage drop completely to zero within minutes. For such a cheaply made device, freezing pretty often and generally being slow is expected, but you would think it would at least hold a charge. Don't waste your money.

    These are really great they occupied my kid and they learned a ton. Unfortunately the charge ports weren't made for toddlers and didn't withstand 2 months of use. There is also no way to replace the chargeport because they are soldiered to the board. So unless your child is old enough to plug them in themselves, or you can watch them while they are being charged don't waste your money.

    Don't buy leap pad academy
    This tablet hasn't worked since day 1 it's froze and won't do a factory reset and I messaged leapfrog themselves and they told me to take back to place of purchase for return and Walmart would not return. My kid couldn't even use it.

    Do not buy. I wish 0 stars was an option. I purchased this “new” and it already has a child's account set up with a parent code so I cannot access ANYTHING on the tablet. It was obviously returned and resold as new, but without the original owners information, the thing is useless. What a waste of money.

    Really nice device, but really disappointing that you need to buy so many apps. When I was reading about leap frog academy one of the basic games was mathematics although our leap frog didn't have it. Our little loves it

    Reading is fundamental
    Great item, I have a six year old grandson who asked his father to teach him to read. So I researched and found this item and its his favorite past time with reading, math and other learning materials, I have never seen it in person. I had it shipped directly to my grandson, because he always asking where's his mail. Great teaching tool.
